This is the Miami of the Marco Island area. Staff is kind here but community is rich and unfriendly, and nothing but fancy cars here. You have to pay to park pretty much anywhere on this side of Marco, even the playground requires a membership. Not a good place for families. Also for sailors, this marina has a reputation for shallow waters, beware.
Awesome facility on the way to the keys or points North.
