Although getting an invite to King Charles' birthday party may be easier than getting a slip, I did get one and have been in it for a year. Very reasonable rates, liveaboard tolerant, excellent security, accessible to common drafts (ask if over 44 footer), and free ride into the near end of town (which is loaded with good restaurants.) Although some rules, and access to bathroons and toilets require a hike, it is quiter and more tolerant than Marina San Carlos. Also has a dry yard with decent workers. Side note: surrounded by condos that can get noisy sometimes on weekends and def on holidays, and easy place to get divers to scrub bottoms.
