We have been customers of Beaver Park North for 4 years directly and my family has had a dock here for over 10 years. The Marina is priced relatively in line with other marinas with similar attributes. The immediate access to the lake and the associated private beach are great. The employees that work at the marina are great, whether you need gas or pump-out or any other services that they provide they can never be more helpful. Pat in particular was a great help when we first purchased our new boat that had twin inboards and I was struggling to get used to using them. He actually came on board one day and spent over an hour helping be learn how to operate them much more efficiently. Sure there are occasional issues at the marina, just like anywhere in life, but we spend most every weekend at the boat during the boating season and we have seen very few issues. The only people that occasionally "yell" at boaters are us dockers when people come into the channel at above the posted no-wake speed and send all of our boats bouncing around. Overall we have been very satisfied with the people, staff and amenities at Beaver Park and have looked at other marinas in the area but choose to stay here.

I am a very satisfied boat owner and customer at Beaver Park North, and will return for my 5th year there. We must have a security card to enter, so we have private access - feeling safe and secure is never an issue. My experience has been the employees are ALWAYS available and ready to put our boat in (we use rack storage), and were immediately impressed as to how quickly they service us, as well as their other boat owners and customers. Almost all the time we put our boat in, the tow motor operator(s) (Pat, Rick, and James) see us either parking our car or gathering our gear, and they are already prepping the boat to put us in.....by the time we are at the dock, the boat is ready to go - and employees are always accomodating and helpful in securing dock lines or manning the gas pumps. The marina itself is a bit urban, but boat owners have access to showers, flush toilets and washers and dryers for extended stays - so those wanting to spend longer weekends/time should not be an issue. If boating, fishing and getting in-and-out quickly with fast access to Lake Erie is imperative, Beaver Park North is at the top of my list (I've also stayed at several marinas in the Marblehead/Catawba area, and the service at Beaver Park surpassed these marinas in terms of customer service/putting in and out). Very satisfied customer, looking forward to another summer with Beaver Park North!
