Deep Point Marina

Coming in with a broken arm we asked for some help docking and there were 2 gentlemen there to help us dock easily. I immediately felt at home. Everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful. Laundry was free and there wasn't any uber but they gave us a number to a rideshare guy who was awesome and even waited on us while we were in the store! I can't say enough good things about this marina. It really felt like being at home. And the other boaters were super friendly too! I've been wearing my Deep Point Marina sweatshirt since we left!

Great little marina right at the mouth of the Cape Fear river. This marina is new and a lot of things are going on, building a club house/ships store and pool. With plans to put in a restaurant. The docks are always clean with the trash picked up daily by the Dock Master and his crew. They will assist you any way they can along wiht good advice on the local area. Southport is only about a mile away, just a short bike ride to shops of all kinds. They have a fantastic fireworks display on the 4th of July that you can watch from your boat.
