Situated directly between our Westhampton Beach and Mattituck locations, Modern Yachts Hampton Bays provides us complete coverage of Eastern Long Island. Located on the Shinnecock Canal, just north of the Shinnecock Locks, our Hampton Bays location has access to the Peconic Bay as well as the Shinnecock Inlet. Our state of the art 4-acre facility includes a 50-slip marina capable of docking and hauling 80-foot vessels. Equipped with dual fueling stations, full time service floats, transient slips and a Marine Travel Lift, we provide accessibility and service for boats of any size! Our yearly dockage and transient customers enjoy the best that East End boating has to offer.

Needed a quick place to stay for the night, they squeezed us in on the fuel dock (they made sure we were good with that first), and we were out first thing in the morning. Gave me a call and sent an email with all needed info. Beautiful property, bathrooms and showers. Great location.
