Made a res through Dockwa and Palm Beach Yacht Club accepted and confirmed quickly. We arrived at 4:30 on a Sat afternoon and received assistance in docking our boat from a helpful employee. Minutes after that there was no one around to offer any assistance. The office was already closed and we couldnt connect to shore power because the right outlet wasn't available for our slip. We went to the gate to find any employee and ask where the restrooms/showers were and what the details were for the wifi and the employee just pointed without talking. When we left for dinner we asked if and when the gate would be locked and the answer was "when I go home". The employee was insulting and confrontational, and my wife and I are still in shock as to how we were treated. This must be one troubled employee but on a Sat afternoon they must have more people available. So overall it was convenient but the service was well below the lowest possible standard for any boater.

Marina Response:
We are very sorry to hear that your visit with us was not up to your expectations. Palm Beach Yacht Club is well known for our exceptional staff and legendary service, but due to a chain of circumstances which occurred that afternoon, we felt it necessary to rectify the error and promptly refunded your credit card for your dockage fees. We had a new Dock Crew Member on duty that afternoon who forgot to give you your Welcome Packet with the Marina Pass to access the locked gate, coupled with a Valet Parking attendant who was very busy and pointed you in the direction of the restrooms rather than personally guiding you to them. Again, we apologize and assure you this was not our usual style of welcoming a transit boat."

This was a very comfortable marina. It was well protected and small enough to maneuver around easily. The staff was great, especially, Luke, the dockmaster. The dining room staff was very gracious and the food was exceptional.

Very basic marina but good location, can be challenging to get into slip on north side of dock if you have n/ne/e winds. Tide/current can be a challenge on north side. Amenities were basic and limited (showers/bathrooms). Probably would try another location in the area.

Nice facilities and beautiful docks. Restaurant is for members only unless you’re sponsored.

Marina Response:
All transients have full access to our 5-star restaurant.

Great service, friendly staff. Shane the dock master was very helpful. The dining room serves gourmet dishes... jacket required, but service dock side is available. Great location. Walked to Boat show... restaurants and bars 5 minute walk.
