We had to attend a funeral with very little notice. The marina staff (and particularly Meagan) went above and beyond to make room for us as we had to travel to another state for the funeral. I will never forget their kindness. This is a fantastic marina and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
From SV Journey out of Deltaville, VA. Many thanks to the Crew at Safe Harbor Annapolis! An exceptional facility with much to do. Well kept and very clean, a very nice place to visit. We really appreciated them taking the extra effort getting us in the filled-to-capacity marina. Dave at the FAT CRAB took a special interest to provide recommendations for eats and other activities. Thanks again all at SHA. M&M
This Marina was the nicest we've been to! We traveled from Cape Cod MA to Vero Beach for the winter and are on our way back North stopped here for the night and we were lucky to get in as they don't really take transients as they are fully booked. It was immaculate, gorgeous pool with a tiki bar, showers we're so clean and complimentary laundry and ice!
Outstanding staff and support. Easy walk to all the attractions in Annapolis.
Great spot on Back Creek in Eastport. Short walk to Annapolis
The staff was extremely helpful and inviting. The facility was very, very clean and had everything you could need.
Excellent however slips are very tight.
I can't really rate the marina because I can't stay there. In fact, it is difficult to get a transient slip there. I was looking into booking a trip there a few weeks out and looked them up on Dockwa. There were no dates available for the entire season (?). So I messaged the marina and they confirmed they are 100% booked up for the season. The only option for transients is to waitlist. Transient slips are only available based on their members' cruising plans (they must sublet out members' slips when they go cruising). That fact is not clear on Dockwa or on the marina's own website. And they don't communicate with you even when you do sign up on the wait list. A dockmate recently used their waitlist to try and book a slip and never heard anything from the marina. That's not uncommon, I know, when you don't get a slip. But when their entire transient booking process is based on using the waitlist, it's not unreasonable to think they would communicate with people on that list. If you're full for the season (as they are) you probably don't care are about transients. And with these two independent examples of trying to deal with the marina, that's the indication I'm getting. Too bad, too. It looks like a nice place. But the moral of the story for me is, if you're looking for transient slips in Annapolis, you may want to look elsewhere.
Jenn Cohen made this stop GREAT! She went out of our way to make us feel at home. These are the cleanest bathrooms and showers that I have ever seen in a marina! Laundry was fairly priced at $1.50
Great marina. Enjoyed the Amenities, service and food!!
Good catch by dock staff and nice reception at the office. location was great but we had collapsible bikes. Easy walk to the near-downtown side of Annapolis. very quiet marina - a plus!
