Very nice marina. Great location and the office has Saturday hours. Fuel dock is to get to and the slips have posts separating boats from one another for extra protection.
It was an interesting season with great improvements in staff handling tough situations. Shout out to Mike for all his hard work!

We’ve used Keenan Marina and their In-Out service for a few years. We like the service they provide - and staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.
Kind and prompt when needing to launch from In/Out. I enjoy the pool area and the club house, always neat and clean. Thx
Our boat is in the in-N-out service at Keenan. Overall, we have enjoyed being at Keenan, but there have been struggles with customer service. The workers vocalize their dissatisfaction because they are overworked and understaffed. I have been literally yelled at for bringing my boat back at 7:55 PM when they close at 8 PM because the worker was so stressed out. My hope for next year is that Keenan will focus on the correct staffing levels for the In-N-Out service so it is a better experience for everyone.

worst place to try to buy a boat. I emailed and called 4 times to set up a viewing of the 2005 silverton 34 they had for sale. after a week I got a text saying Luke was too busy with other sales over the past week to even call or write me a response to simple questions I had about the boat and to set up a time to inspect it. He did not respond so I could not arrange my weekend schedule to view the boat. I am a cash buyer who was likely to buy this boat if it was as advertised. Hope he tells his client that he was too busy to sell his boat. If this was my business he would be FIRED!!
You still have my boat it’s in storage you called me in October and didn’t even know what my boat was or where it was. I had to tell you it was on a trailer. Your i’m giving you a three just out of generosity. Why would you a survey six months later ? communication is a zero on a one to 10 Nice Pl. to be, but you got a lot of room for improvement. Also, your technicians like to throw parts at things. There’s a lot more effective ways to diagnose.
Would like longer hours to wax boat on Saturdays and add Sundays.
