Drop anchor on the sunny azure waters of Treasure Island, Florida. Our 18-slip facility accommodates vessels up to 71 feet, and our docks come equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. We’re here to facilitate your plans whether it be fishing, diving, snorkeling, or jet skiing. We have some amazing sunsets too! Put your social accounts on notice; prepare them for a ton of cool photos you’ll be uploading. The use of the slips will be for the sole use of the guest of the FUSION Resort lodging facility.
During hurricane Helen, they turned off water, electric, locked the bathrooms. Then without authorization charged an additional $788. Additionally marina patrons risked their own safety to recover resort property during the hurricane. Look elsewhere and safe travels.
Love this place! great location for the bars and the beach! Make sure you follow the directions in as there are shallow spots in the center of the bay. Plenty of water on the approach and at the dock
We wish their was a bath & shower facilities for the marina guest. The internet did not work the entire 3 days we were there.
Good location and a nice facility. Be aware the electrical hookups offer one 30A and one 50A at the pedestal. I selected two 30A hookups from the dropdown menu, but they are not set up for that configuration. Try to find out your slip number before arriving. They said the information was on my reservation, but I couldn't find it. There was no assistance at the dock. All information was via phone calls. Not a big deal, but just be aware.
Nice resort, Good food. Nice staff.
Everything and everyone were great. Nice clean docks as well.
Easy in and out on our boat! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Only suggestion would be to provide outdoor grilling equipment.
Few berths but friendly people and hotel rooms for friends to stay, lots of local restaurants and bars
Great Docks. Easy access to all. Loved it!
A little choppy depending on wind a passing boat traffic, preference would be bow in to take advantage of the views when sitting on the back of the boat, great pool, area, ample bars and restaurants, walking distance to the beach, had a relaxing weekend.
Marina is rough from boaters wakes all day. The transportation to the beach was broken. The pool bar didn’t open until 4 pm on Sunday.
Excellent amenities with the best service anywhere. Perfect place to stay, great location.
Room and staff were very nice. No bar on 6 floor, boat slip was easy to navigate,
Excellent location and the staff even better. Matt and his team took the time to know us by name. Always knew what we needed next without asking and took excellent care of all involved. Docks are new, each with water and electrical plug-ins, and everything is in great condition. They are filled with snapper and even a passing Manatee. It's rare that we go back to a single location, but this one is on the shortlist.
Nice place to dock and explore
Great staff, nice folks. I'm a new boater and they helped us dock which was nice. We used the golf cart service many times to go out to eat. Nice perk.
Great boat slips located close to everything. Friendly staff.
Love fusion and the docking! We hope to always get slip #1!
it was 5 star but like any thing there are ways to improve they have no bathroom showers for boats docked at this facility not ideal.Other wise it was great.
Very nice stay, loved the pool and bar service! Definitely will be back again!
Nice spot for a few nights. Dockmaster was very nice and very helpful getting us in to the slip and tied up. Bathrooms nice and clean and tidy, no shower thought. View to the north is great as the sunsets and the onshore breeze sets in nicely as the sun goes down. The pool and rooftop and a must see. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, none of them are what I would call fine dining but good enough after a long day on the water.
We rental a boat slip for Thanksgiving. Grounds, amenities, docks and facilities were clean, in good repair, comfortable and inviting. People were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was very tasty. Very quiet community, especially after the pool area closes at 9pm. For the boaters: bring your own pool towels, the wifi is spotty at the dock, water hose and electrical cord are not provided and there are no private showers. I can't wait to rent a condo and dock slip for a family gathering.
Great, comfortable, clean marina.
Great everything was first class
Stayed just one night, nice people very helpful, had some issues with pedestal tripping, not their issue but ours. They have the latest peds which are more sensitive. Eventually figured out it was a neutral from our Victron invertor then all good. Nice pool, easy walking distance to many restaurants. They don't have showers, bathrooms or laundry so wouldnt be good for a longer stay. We actually booked a nice suite and treated ourselves. Easy access off the ICW ask for slip 1 or 2 if available.
Limited slips but friendly bunch, bar pool hot tub and close to the beach lots of excellent restaurants.
Marina, hotel, bar, pool spa all was great would definitely come back. Would not recommend slip #1 for boats under 50’
The staff at Fusion can’t be beat! They are consistently kind, thoughtful, considerate and professional. The docks are beautiful and well maintained. The resort is beautiful and within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach is a 2 block walk. We would highly recommend Fusion resort and marina. 😊 John and Tracy
Beautiful new hotel with a contemporary feel. Slip access was easy if you follow the video which was very well done. Docks are quite, live music till 9pm on the bar balcony. It's hit or miss with the pool crowd (toddlers in the hot tub). Bartenders were splendid and don't skip the pretzel bites. Nice bar food drink menu. We were met at the dock for checkin, which was very cool. Thank you Missy. Pilings are high and have rubber ribs. Nicely lit at night. I should mention it's a destination for dolphin watching. They are all about the bay right up to the boat. The 6th floor lookout is fabulous. Shore power was working, just remember to throw the breaker at the pedestal. They have all sorts of bikes and transportation that I didn't use. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Liquor store around the corner and street traffic was minimal. I could write a thousand words on how nice the place, staff and guests were. Only downside is they lock the hot tub kinda early.\n
Nice resort with nice amenities. Docks are fixed, but wasn't a problem with my center console. Pool heater was broken so that was a bit of a let down, but the hot tub was nice and we used their golf cart service to go to the beach which was great. Would definitely stay here again.
Great little resort! Dock master was waiting for us when we pulled in at 8:00 pm. Very convenient to the beach and shopping. Resort provides complimentary bikes. We didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant.
The dock was nice, fairly new. I wish that they had more than one community water house on the dock and the trash cans were over flowing and never emptied all weekend but it appears they may be having some staffing issues there at the hotel.
The docks at Fusion Resort are very nice, however, they aren't designed for all types of vessels. They're really built with larger boats in mind. These docks were less than ideal for our pontoon boat, especially at low tide. I almost needed a 6 foot ladder to get off my boat and onto the dock at low tide. I wish there were some floating docks for us with the average sized boats. For the very high price of these docks for our small pontoon, I just wasn't impressed. That's not saying they're not nice docks, they're just not for us. I likely won't be docking here anytime soon unless floating docks are built, or they scrape all the barnacles off the dock pilons. I had to keep my boat moored 3 feet away from the docks with the right length of spring line to avoid my boat scraping and smashing against the barnacles at low tide when wake comes in... larger boats don't have this problem as much. And parking my truck and trailer down the road at events by fusion was just as expensive as the dock itself... what a joke.
Great location. Excellent facility with a very helpful staff
Super nice dock staff. Nice facility.
Mgmt, location, food, fun, pool, parking, bikes, and transportation. Love this place, even with stationary docks.
Great spot. All the attributes of a 5 star stop. Great location, being close to beach, shopping and entertainment; pool, good docks with long enough finger piers, excellent staff, good restaurant and bar, courtesy shuttle to beach and Publix. Only thing that detracts from 5 star rating is wifi service difficult to connect to as required a sign in page. Smart TV's can't do that and couldn't on computer either. Tablet and phone worked but still a bit spotty. No pump out facilities but lots of other fuel docks in area provide that and we can plan and work around that.
Great location. Excellent pool and Jacuzzi. Dock and hookups very nice and up to date. Matthew was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
We had a beautiful stay. We enjoyed the property and the staff was friendly and courteous. Thanks to Matt for everything he did to make our stay fabulous !
Nice fixed docks, but too much wakes
Love this place. Very nice marina, beautiful staff, and Mathew was great, he called and checked on our arrival and was waiting to help tie up when we got there. Will definitely be back.
Great stop. Brand new docks and great access to many restaurants and stores. Staff very helpful. Hug the North end of the bay and turn south at 90 degrees from Marina. 5’ draft and saw 10’ of water most way. Some of the charted shoals do not exist. Ok
No help while docking. No dock master present or any staff to assist in any matters that included other boaters parking in your reserved slip while you were gone. Great area, pool was nice and hotel staff were great. Hotel is staying I arrived at night which is true of my first night arriving which I had no problem. I was there for two nights. The problem was on my second night arriving at 4:30 pm. Dock master does not leave till 6pm. Also, no matter what time arrive, you should never allow other guest to park on some else’s paid slip. Would you rent a room out that has guest already in it just because the occupants went out? Next time I recommend you have available staff to deal with issues that may arise at the dock. We are also paying guest.
The docks are nice. Edwin is awesome and full of information about the area. Very welcoming. There are plenty of places for dining and shopping within a very short walk. The walk to the beach is not bad. We will return.
Edwin is great and very helpful. Cleats would be a good addition as piling ties on smaller boats is a PITA, but the facility is great none the less.
Edwin is a great Dockmaster. Friendly, informative, and very helpful. Fusion was also a good hotel, nice pool, and convenient location close to all St. Pete. . No fuel though.
Dock master was very friendly and accommodating! The pool and bar was a great bonus and plenty to do within walking distance! I’ll be staying again!
Grate docks, very friendly dock master Ed, very nice place to stay!
I reserved a slip at Fusion resort for 5/14/21-5/16/21, I arrived Friday evening after work on my boat, the next morning I invited friends to join me for a fun day on the water. After a day on the water we returned to fusion and discovered a boat parked in my slip ( #7) after getting the dock masters attention that my slip was occupied he said very casually just float out in the water for a while .. so after floating for a while we noticed slip (#11) was available so we pulled up to the spot and started to tie up.. the dock master came over and said you can’t park your boat here, then he said I will move the vessel in your slip forward and you can park behind the vessell.. I relayed my discontent with that idea but he assured me it would be fine. The dock master pulled the other vessell forward and I brought mine in behind the boat, the slip was not big enough to accommodate both vessels and the owner of the vessel appears and was talking to the dock master and I got off my boat to ask him to move his vessell from my spot, the dock master said that we should have a three way conversation with him ,me and the staff member from freedom boat club that rents boats out at the fusion and gave the other vessel owner permission to park in my spot. My company were hanging on to my boat at the dock and my boat was hanging half way out of the slip and a wave cam a long and I heard my boat hit the dock and I told the dock master and the other vessel owner , this is very simple I paid for that dock , move your boat right now because my boat is taking a beating. The other vessel owners wife or girlfriend come to the dock yelling profanities because they have to move there boat , like it is my fault, and words were exchanged and the freedom boat club staff jumped in and shamed me for being upset that I did not have a spot that I paid for.. I was floored, this is like renting a hotel room and going out exploring the town all day and you return to your hotel room that evening to discover they rented your room out and won’t accommodate another open room. So the dock master had the vessel owner move his boat to dock 11 , where I was fine parking at when I first realized my slip 7 was taken. This was a very unpleasant experience and staff not affiliated with the fusion dock slips and do not know what docks are available should not give permission to anyone to park in spots that have been paid for and reserved. I have a new beautiful boat and it has permanent damage on the side where it hit the dock because it was hanging half way out before the dock master finally made the other vessel owner move.. I have the pictures to prove the damage as well as witnesses. I expect a full refund as this ruined our day and night. I did not want to leave my boat there that night but I could not find another marina at such short notice on a Saturday afternoon.
Edwin the harbor master was fantastic! So helpful with everything. Super friendly! Docks are new , resort is nice, beach is close by. We will definitely come back—mainly because of Edwin! :)
This was my 2nd stay at Fusion Resort Marina. It was a great stay. Dockmaster Edwin was very helpful and friendly and communicative. Dock and common areas were clean. If I had one minor complaint it would be that they get cleats installed. At this time, you have to tie up from the cleat on the boat, then around the pile and back to the same boat cleat.
New marina. Beautiful pool area. The dockmaster, Edwin was very helpful. Only issue was the turbulence from ski boats and small rec boats on the weekend.
Fusion Resort and the Dock Master had no VHF radio to communicate withe boaters coming into there resort. Channel from the ICW is not marked and the resort does not offer any advise on the approach to them.
No Cleats. Not protected. Not in a no wake zone area.
Great Marina. Would give 5 stars but no showers or bath rooms
Very nice new docks. Great service. However, it's a very rolly spot from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Lots of boat traffic with big wakes. Also very near the causeway with lots of noisy traffic. Restaurant and bar were closed for "events". There are no bathroom/shower facilities for boaters.
Some of the older reviews looked questionable, but our experience was top-tier. Marina and resort staff were quick to respond to questions through email and dockwa app. We were concerned about depth leaving the ICW, but they provided with a screenshot showing the suggested path. We saw 7' leaving the ICW, but then the back quickly opened up to 8-10'. About 9' at our slip. We had to dock in a difficult crosswind, but dockmaster Edwin was an invaluable help and encouragement. He helped us tie up and plug in and then guided us through the check-in process. We wish other resorts/marinas had staff as attentive and passionate as Edwin! He provided many great recommendations to local eating and drinking establishments. We loved the hot tub and pool facilities. The rooftop restaurant was closed during our stay, but we would like to come back and try it when it's open on a weekend. The only reason that we gave four stars instead of five is that we would like to see dedicated shower/washroom facilities for transient slip users.
Nice new little marina.
Ed the Dock Master is on point!!!! We can not say enough about him and the entire staff in general!!! We will definitely be back for another stay and can’t wait to share our experiences with our friends!!! Regards, Doug Max
Beautiful resort. Friendly staff. Excellent dock accommodations. Reasonably priced food. Only wish it was pet friendly for boaters who travel with their furry friends.
My family loved the resort and the staff. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because of the cost for the overnight docking price which was $53 a day. My problem with that was if you are person that is not staying at the resort car parking is $25 but you do not have to pay that if you make a purchase at the bar or restaurant. If you want to visit the resort by boat it cost nothing to dock there (not overnight just for the day it cost nothing) Needless to say our family paid for our room plus over $50 a night for the dock and we spent plenty of money at the restaurant and bar.
Nice weekend stay. New docks and 1 year old hotel with nice pool, live music, and free loaner bikes. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, plus they'll give you a one mile circle golf cart ride. The dockmaster, Edwin, was very helpful. Watch the depths in the bay leading to the docks. I suggest approach from the north side.
The hotel is advertising the pool, bar and restaurant to be used by patrons that are not staying at the hotel or paying for a slip. I returned before a storm to find my reserved slip occupied, using my ropes I left tied across the slip. All the other slips were taken leaving no where to park and no Dockmaster to resolve the issues. I paid for slip and had nothing. I found out later someone from the bar used my slip and my ropes. No water to wash down the boat or flush engines.
No dock master on site to help. No running water to flush engines and clean boat upon return. Had to stop other boats from parking in the slip that I paid for.
