Welcome to the Conneaut Harbor, home of world-class sport fishing and recreational boating opportunities in a unique, beautiful setting! Our harbor features two separate marina areas to accommodate up to 300 vessels, up to 35 feet in length for both seasonal and short-term/transient boaters. Longer vessels may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. The harbor also features a public boat launch site, gas fuel dock, restrooms, showers, 30-amp electric, water, sewer pump out, and a recreational pavilion. The harbor also is home to a sandbar and Nature preserve just west of our boat launch, and the West branch of Conneaut Creek with the Ore Docks for Canadian National to our east.
The historic Conneaut Harbor is conveniently located between Cleveland, OH (66 miles to the west) and Buffalo, NY (120 miles to the east), in the very northeast corner of Ohio. Our harbor currently hosts the Conneaut Boat Club, a restaurant (Smoke on the Water), and a Marine Service Shop (Portside Marine). To the immediate west is Conneaut Township Park, a popular 0.4-mile-long swimming beach with boardwalks in a park covering 60 acres with concessions and activities for all. Up the hill from the harbor there are many more restaurants, services and activities for visitors to the City of Conneaut.
