There are many wonderful things about Brick Cove. It is a beautiful location, and I have tremendous respect for the quality of work performed on my boat.

Good all around. Except for the walkway to our slip. Stone covering was a poor choice for the dirt solution- dogs had the right idea, walking on the grass to avoid the rough walk . And the water accumulation on the stones made a muddy mess. I hope that there will be a better solution for this problem in the coming year. A proper boardwalk would be nice. Mike and the crew were outstanding!

We kept our 41' sailboat at Brick Cove for 4 years (winter/summer). The good: lots of "character" and charm; folks who operate are good-hearted people, as are the boat-owners. The bad: not qualified for any serious boat repairs or problem-solving (especially sailboats); new private equity owners care solely about pumping up the curb appeal (and near-term top-side revenue) for a sale to the highest bidder; after increasing prices +40%, only superficial improvements were made to attract locals to weekend events; channel needs to be dredged; pool needs to be repaired and reopened; ABYC-certifications could improve service capabilities; old travel lift needs to be replaced; emergency ladders need to be installed on docks (to exit water in case of accidental swim); dock lights and electrical need to be repaired and maintained more regularly. Good for center-console fishing boats or sailboats under 30 feet; anything bigger should at least be old enough that minor dings and scratches aren't a concern, and major issues can be dealt with by owner (or elsewhere).

Since new ownership about two years ago, Brick Cove has improved immensely. Not only is a great place to dock (GREAT staff!) but it's also a wonderful place to hang out on the weekends (beach, live music, food trucks, beer and wine trucks, etc). The Blue Barn (renovated) is the perfect place for an event/big party.

Wonderfully friendly and down to earth marina in a lovely setting! If you’re looking for a slick, Hamptons-type experience go somewhere else, but if it’s a family feel you want, this is for you. Word is they’re updating some of the facilities and even dredging the entrance, which was about 5.5’ at dead low in 2021. Great hurricane hole too! They have some fun weekend events, revolving around oysters, as they have added an oyster-seeding business in the marina…very cool!

This is a great spot and a super quiet marina run by some of the best people I have ever had to deal with in the marina business. I have kept my boat there going on 4 years and I really cannot say enough good things about the people that run the marina as well as the crew that works there. Probably the nicest thing I can say is it still feels like the old North Fork, full of honest hard working people that really care about their patrons and work hard to make sure when something goes wrong with your boat that it will be ready as soon as possible to enjoy again. It is clean, everything works, the docks are solid, and there is a nice pool, private beach, and tennis courts. It is full of people that use their boats and are full of local knowledge to keep you on the water and off the shoals. It also means everyone knows how to dock their boat which gives peace of mind knowing your neighbors are not going to slam into your boat! The location is as good as it gets with access to great fishing and great spots to cruise. You are about 12 miles from Shinnecock inlet, 35 from Block Island, less than 10 to Plum Gut and Gardiner's Island, about 20 to Montauk just to name a few. If the weather is a bit off or you need a break from time on the water you're in wine country surrounded by some great vineyards and farm stands along with some excellent dining options with Greenport a 10 minute car ride away as well as the incredible North Fork Table and Inn right around the corner.
