Great location, clean facility and friendly staff! Recommend staying at marina! Close to restaurants and beach too!
Izzy and Michael were waiting for us on the dock for a smooth landing. The OnE 3 nine restaurant made a tasty lunch while we watched the Olympic Games on multiple screen. Grace was our charming waitress. Great coffee shop next to the marina that opens at 5 am for us early risers. Very enjoyable stay!
Our stay was wonderful. The staff is very attentive. The restaurant has great food for a reasonable price. The facilities are well kept and clean. This harbor is not to be missed. We I’ll definitely be returning soon.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Extremely grateful they were able to accommodate us on a busy weekend. Can’t wait to go back!
The staff at Safe Harbor Green Harbor are fantastic. I can't thank Doug enough for his attitude, courteousness, and professionalism. Great place to stay whether long term, or just for a couple of nights.
A hidden gem! Really nice people and good facilities. The on-site restaurant has wonderful food! And having so many professional fishermen at the docks was informative and fun to see what they caught.
Great marina with friendly staff. We'll stop here again!
What an outstanding marina – If I could give 10 stars I would. My dad wanted to come out from western mass with his boat, be able to sleep on it and spend the weekend with the family. Doug went above and beyond, stayed past closing time to meet my dad at the ramp, help him launch the boat and make sure he was setup with what he needed to spend the weekend in a transient slip. My dad was over the moon with excitement around the whole experience. 100% coming back next time.
A good fishing marina with friendly dock staff and fellow boaters. A great on-site restaurant that really knows how to fry scallops. The channel is a bit shallow with areas on a negative tide of about 4.2’. I would definitely return.
Exceptional service! Doug and the entire staff at safe harbor couldn’t be more accommodating. Everything was handled first class- came in after hours and there was no guessing as to any of the procedures for the Marina. A well oiled machine!! Thank you again, will be back!
Have stayed at Green Harbor a few times now and their attention to detail and service is fantastic ________________________________
Excellent service. Staff is very friendly and accommodating
Everyone was very helpful. Convenient, quiet night before hauling our boat. Restrooms, showers and laundry - new, clean and secure.
Lovely and well protected harbor with beautiful walks and views. As always, the Safe Harbor crew was helpful and friendly.
We loved the area and would def consider coming back again. There was a cart to help with heavy loads and although only 1 shower in each bath, there was no wait and everything was clean. The restaurant was not open but good restaurants close by.
One of the best boat yards. There for two days. Had small boat problem that Frank arranged to be fixed within a couple hours. Terrific service. Thanks to Keith and crew. Jimmy fixed our issue in record time. And Chicken Bone was very helpful. Thanks guys. Great job all around.
Very disappointed we had never been there before we called then gave them our boat info size, beam, draft and what time we would be arriving and the never mentioned that the it was dead low tide and there was a shallow spot in the middle of the channel and we hit it. Also they don’t hav free WiFi won’t go there again
Very safe marina. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant!! Now we want a permanent slip there!!
Thanks for the hospitality. I appreciate the details on the tie up in the message, instead of finding out out last minute since i was solo!
Great location for our needs and a place we intend to revisit often.
Great accommodation and hassle free system thanks.
As usual.. I head a great experience and the staff was outstanding and friendly.. The improvements were great too. I can;t wait to come back next year..
After boating all day, maneuvering pretty shallow water, I got to my assigned slip that was already occupied. Not a good experience at all. The upside...the bathrooms were very clean and well appointed with shower and laundry.
Clear instructions and responsive staff made for a stress free docking. Power and water were working fine. Clean and sanitary bathrooms. Great to be in the midst of a fishing fleet. Not cheap though!!
Dock slip was not accessible at low tide. The slip was also difficult to maneuver out of due to a boat in opposite slip with an anchor extending out from it's pulpit into the waterway.
All the staff were extremely helpful and kind, the facilities were clean and updated, couldn't ask for a nicer stay. Thank you Green Harbor!!!! 5 stars!!!
We stayed for one night on our way back to RI. The marina is tucked back up in Green Harbor which has a narrow inlet. Pay close attention to the channel markets and take it slow. We decided to take on fuel before we got into our slip and were pleasantly surprised with the diesel prices. They have to be the lowest in New England at $2.29/gal! Caroline helped us with fueling and checked us in to the marina. After fueling she walked over to ur slip and got us set up at the dock. Wow! She was terrific, expertly tying us up and giving us the details about the marina. She walked us over to the marina store and gave us a package of information which included a small map with her handwritten notes/recommendations about the local stores. It's a small fishing village with local restaurants and stores. The marina is fully capable of any maintenance needs you might have. They can service just about any engine issues you might have. The Coffee Shack around the corner makes great donuts/muffins and all kinds of coffee. On Sunday morning the line went out the door from 7:30 on. Clearly the locals know about the place. We also tried out the Lobster Pound about a half mile from the marina. Lots of fresh seafood with the fisherman coming and going with their catch the whole time we were there. You order at the window and take your food over to a picnic table. Overall nice one night stay in a delightful area.
Pleasant overnight stay. Had trouble reaching anybody by radio on approach, but once there staff were helpful. Not many transients, mainly locals/fisherman strong smell of fish where we were.
A beautiful and peaceful place. Not many transients and the slip owners were quiet and respectful during the day, and gone at night, which made for a very restful stay. Close to Mama Mia's restaurant which I love! Marine hardware store on site. Quaint Brant Rock, a short walk away, has a market, a large marine hardware store, a great breakfast place called HOP, and others. The staff, Jason, and everyone, was helpful and friendly. Bathrooms and showers were not fancy but just fine. I will make this scenic place one of my regular stops.
Great marina. Easy to get around. Great location.
There were 3/8” exposed eye bolts where fenders should have been on the dock. Nobody could give me a slip assignment despite having a reservation for over a month. Boat was moved to the point of overlapping other boats. Shore power was too small for my standard plug’s ground to lock in. Two other outlets in the area were charred, but live, and another shore power cord was left with only wire nuts to terminate bare conductors. Bathrooms were okay, but shower could have used a scrubbing to clean growing black mold.
Great local marina, well protected. A few restaurants within walking distance. Clean shower and bathroom. Enjoyed our overnight stay.
Arrived about 6:00 PM. Office was closed. Had communicated and gotten slip assignment earlier in the day. Someone else was in the slip assigned and no other choice but the fueling dock. Bathroom facilities were locked with a code, which was not mentioned nor shared. Evening and morning usage would have been preferred. The office staff were nice, once the office opened in the AM but had no idea that the slip had been otherwise occupied.
