Belle Isle Yacht Club is located along the Winyah Bay, just south of Georgetown, South Carolina, named in 2018 by USA TODAY 10 Best poll voters as #1 "Best Coastal Small Town." As you enter this gated community, you immediately become part of a world removed from ordinary distractions. First impressions record an immediate feeling of natural beauty and serenity. Surrounded by almost 640 acres of park-like gardens, woods, and lakes, you’ll find many, many kinds of wildlife.
It sits on a bluff, looking directly across wide and navigable Winyah Bay to miles of shoreline that will never be developed, thousands of acres of pine forest and salt marsh dedicated to marine conservation by Belle Baruch.
Please note, amenities (pools, tennis courts, Yacht Club, Rice Canal Club and Beach House) are for owners and their guests only.
Please note, although we have completed the Marina dredge you must take care as you enter or exit the marina under current conditions especially at low tide. Please plan accordingly.
A small, friendly marina in a great location. Extremely convenient for ICW & offshore access via Winyah Bay. Manager Rick reached out to me personally. Clean basic shower facility. Kept me safe during Hurricane Helene! Note: shoal spots in entry and marina, easy at higher tides. Cool alligator!
Called multiple times before 5 o’clock no one answers the phone in the office. We did arrive Doctor sells looked around for laundry and found out there was no laundry available. We did not require fueled by the fuel is out of service at this time. Nice facility nice people could use some improvements.
Living here in the Belle Isle community for 12 years now, After running two businesses, now Retired, ready to go Fishing!!
Place was a mess, bathrooms, terrible. Nobody working the desk. Complete mess!
We needed a last minute slip and Belle Isle was the perfect stop for us! We had hoped to be a little closer to Georgetown but everything was booked. We were able to Uber into old town and back - get pizza at SoCo. Beautiful area with live oaks. Highly recommend and much thanks to Keith who greeted us and checked on us before departing the next day.
