Sapphire Bay Marina a 1,000+ slip deep water marina in a protected bay. The marina is nestled within the Marina District at Sapphire Bay - a waterfront playground that includes new and updated boat storage facilities, a boat rentals center, and a one-of-a-kind waterside boardwalk eating experience currently in development. The marina is also part of Sapphire Bay, an exciting massive surf and beach-based mixed-use development that will serve as a regional and national destination for residents, businesses, and travelers seeking adventure, entertainment, luxury, and excitement. It encompasses approximately 117 acres of land, including our deep-water marina, just south of I-30 at Dalrock Road (soon to be re-named Sapphire Bay Road).
