Welcome to Legendary Marina Blue Water Cay, Nassau’s newest five-star yachting destination. Located on the sheltered southeast end of New Providence, our state-of-the-art marina combines deepwater access, world-class infrastructure, and luxury amenities—creating the premier home port for exploring the Exumas, Eleuthera, Berry Islands, and the entire Bahamas.
Our protected basin features premium floating aluminum docks, shore power (30A/50A/100A), high-speed marine fuel (gas & diesel), potable water, pump-out, Wi-Fi, restrooms, trash services, and ample parking. Vessels can be accommodated up to 220 ft with dedicated catamaran berths up to 26 ft beam.
Dry-storage clients enjoy the Caribbean’s most advanced indoor rack facility, engineered to withstand 185-mph hurricane winds, with unlimited launches & retrievals, engine flushing, freshwater rinses, 24/7 security, fire-suppression systems, and our seamless app-based launch scheduling.
On-site conveniences include a Welcome Center, concierge, marine service department, ship store & convenience market, and future dining, lodging, and tiki bar amenities—all designed for a smooth, resort-level boating experience.

Welcome to Legendary Marina at Blue Water Cay. To ensure a smooth and efficient arrival, please follow the procedures below:
***Max Draft is 5 feet until dredging is completed early 2026. Please approach with caution!!***
1. Hailing the Marina
Upon approach, please contact us on VHF Channel 7.
When calling, kindly include:
Vessel name
Estimated arrival time
Services required (wet or dry storage, fuel, pump-out, water, etc.)
2. Dry Storage Arrivals
For vessels heading to dry storage:
Proceed to the Bravo "B" Docks.
Dock in any available space along Bravo Dock (B1-B12).
A marina team member will meet you upon arrival to assist with tie-up and handling.
3. Wet Storage Arrivals
Locate and occupy any available slip designated for transient or assigned use.
Ensure your vessel is secured properly before proceeding ashore.
4. After Securing Your Vessel
Once your vessel is tied and safe, please make your way to the
white Administration Building, located to the east of the dry storage barn.
Visit the Dispatch Desk to complete check-in and confirm any requested services.
5. Additional Notes
Please keep VHF Channel 7 monitored during approach and docking for any updates.
Our staff is available to guide you if slip or dock availability changes.
Safety first—approach at idle speed and watch for marina traffic.
