I sent this to the owners email and it came back undeliverable! Karl, Good afternoon! I am writing this to express my disappointment in after keeping my boat at Sassy’s for winter storage for the past few years. We actually bought the boat from the previous owners who stored the boat there at Sassy’s. When I inquired about when the winter storage contracts were being sent out. I was told you are full and after my email communications I was told I should have checked my spam folder. I was really hoping for some loyalty to good standing customers before all the space was given out. Just thought I would share my frustration and now am not sure I will find indoor heated storage and not real sure what I am going to do! Very disappointed! The office manager just told me to basically look for another place.
If I could give this place zero stars I would have selected zero. I have never been spoken to the way I was today, by who I assume the owner of this place. I pulled my car closer to our boat to load my 3 month old and 3 year old into the car to get them away from the water and into the air conditioning while my husband and I finished getting the stuff off of the boat. Then this guy came peddling up on his bike puffed up his chest and started screaming at me to move my car. He continued to harass me until I had it moved. If you want to keep your boat at a place that harasses a mother and her children then this is the place for you.
