Charlie the Dock Master is the best. He really goes out of his way to make sure everything is as good as possible for your stay. Always a great time at Captain Hiram's.

Cute little place with lots within walking distance. The room was perfect, nice little balcony for coffee. Parking for truck and trailer seems like it could be problematic if we tow the boat rather than travel by boat and overnight it at the marina. Would definitely stay here again! Had an issue with no hot shower water tho both days :(
We made a reservation for Thanksgiving for the buffet dinner and also reserved a slip to stay overnight. From the moment we arrived, we had an amazing experience. We met Charlie on the dock, and he was incredibly helpful and such a terrific guy. He mentioned that he and his wife, Jody, would also be dining at the buffet. Later, we ran into them and enjoyed a wonderful conversation with Charlie and his beautiful wife. I visited the little shop and purchased an ankle bracelet. The woman working there was so helpful—she even assisted me in adding a few charms I bought to the bracelet. We’ve since returned with the boat for another day trip and had yet another great experience. I would highly recommend Captain Hiram’s to anyone who wants to be treated like family.
Unprotected docks with short finger piers and rough water. Dock hands sent home early before We arrived at 3:02 pm. Black Fins restaurant was good.
Friendly place and very accommodating. It’s become an annual vacation spot for us. Highly recommended.
Poop stains on the sheets. Unfortunately this review won’t let me post the pictures. A maid service that doesn’t make your bed but takes all your towels without replacing them with new towels. Had to call front desk for towels to shower.
Nice stop for us, we have stayed here a couple of times. One of the only marinas in the area that will accommodate our 43ft Viking, water and electric was substantial and the restaurant was good along with the entertainment. Dock can use a little upgrading and it looks like they are working on that. Overall it was a pleasant 2 night stay. We will be back.
