I agree. We were evicted with 24 hours notice for refusing to sign papers to re-apply to stay there even though we were long term renters. There are no amenities at the RV park. No laundry, no showers, no anything. The garbage, road and lawn maintenance, and snow shovelling was not regularly done. The Marina is known for doing cash deals and then not honoring them. There was even a suicide there after conflict with the management. Not a place you want to be or have your boat/RV stored.
Cherry Point Marina is nearly condemned dump inhabited by chronic alcoholics who do not follow any proper business protocols. They are abusive to customers and want you to sign wavers to remove them from any liability for their negligence. Information about them can be obtained by inquiring with the locals at other nearby Marinas. Your property is not safe at this location.
