We appreciate you sharing your opinion. However, we'd like to clarify a few facts. Sportsmans Marina had no involvement whatsoever with the police or the reason they were at your boat. We did not request law enforcement's presence, nor did we participate in their investigation. Our decision to require the vessel to be removed was made only after receiving direction from a higher authority. We simply complied with that request. We understand that the situation was frustrating, but your disagreement is with the circumstances surrounding the law enforcement matter, not with the marina.
