Rose Point Marina is simply amazing, Charlie the mechanic has been looking after our boats for years, you can count on continued excellent service from friendly staff a great flection of the owners.
Friendly staff, amazing service. We've been customer of Rose Point Marina for decades, never a disappointment.
Keep our 2 boats here each year to access our water access cottage. Boats get well taken care of by the crew. Very friendly owners Doug and Christine. Just the kind of place and people you like to know are caring for your boats and connecting you to shore.
Terrible place never sign up to have them take care of your boat, they take it out of water without telling you and put it in the water whenever they feel like have time. We have been there for years and pay our Bills on time and year after year we get let down. Owners son in law walks around like he owns the place and is just a fat waste of Space, has a rude attitude and is lazy. There are many Marinas close by, this will be our last season putting up with them.
I continue to have great experiences with the Rose Point Marina group. I have been with them for about 5 years and I cannot say anything but good things about the staff. I had some motor trouble with my boat and they fixed everything in a timely manner. I had a chance to visit Tait's Landing. Great little spot and the food is awesome. Looking forward to other great experiences. Thank you for making my vacation enjoyable!
Damaged my boat and trailer (jack knifed it) and didn't own up to it. When approaching them about the damage they put it back on me suggesting I did it. Absolutely horrible customer service. As a business owner myself, I can't believe places like this survive. It's sad that owners can be so untrustworthy with prize possessions. To clarify this was at Mc Keller Marine - part of the same group/family. Customer beware.
We went to Rose Point Marina to have our boat tuned up for the season and address issues with stalling and poor acceleration. We got our boat back after a week after having to call the marina and remind them we were still waiting. The boat was running worse then before and the carburetor had not even been cleaned despite the shop time that was charged for working on the carb. We brought it back to give them the opportunity to make good on the work we had paid them for. After another week and several phone calls on our part, as well as a new bill, we were told that Holly carburetors are finicky and that was as good as it could be. We were told that they didn't have time for us and the manager refused to tell us the amount of the bill over the phone. We never received a call to tell us when the boat was ready. We were charged shop time at a rate of $95/hour which seems high given the level of competence that was displayed. The costumer service was rude and almost hostile.
