Bay Bridge Marina Yacht Club is a full service marina located at the east end of Maryland's Chesapeake Bay Bridge on Kent Island. Come enjoy our state of the art floating dock system that can accommodate any size yacht up to 130 foot. Definitely without a doubt, the greatest sunsets on the entire Chesapeake Bay.
Absolutely beautiful marina with great amenities & staff. If I lived in the area I'd gladly make this place my boays home.
Beautiful marina! Clean, friendly, great pool. Good restaurant.
Located on the east side of the Bay Bridge across from Annapolis. Excellent, large floating docks. Where we are 38 feet, most boats in the marina are larger. Excellent facilities. Individual locking bathrooms. Professional dock hands and office staff. Pet friendly. Good Wi-Fi. There’s a seafood restaurant overlooking the marina, though we did not eat there. A little pricy at $160 a night for a 38 footer with two 30 amp connections. It was hard to find the slip, and once in, the office. Once we found them, it’s an excellent marina. Note to marinas: clearly marked docks from the water side and signs to offices and facilities would be much appreciated, especially in large marinas. Aside from signage, Bay Bridge is a classy marina. Just across the Bay from Annapolis, it’s a $35 Uber ride to Annapolis. Annapolis is a “must-visit” place if in the area with time to spare. Uber drivers are not thrilled with crossing the bridge. It has a tendency to get jammed. We had to wait 15-20 minutes both times for the pickup. It took over an hour for the return trip. Oct 2024.
Well protected marina with good docks and friendly staff.
Excellent stay. Thanks for putting us close to the ballrooms for the wedding we were attending. The Marina was calm and well protected. We will be back to go to Libbey’s or stay for a night and enjoy the pool. Great service at the marina and hotel. Thank you.
We love coming here every year by boat. The floating docks are wonderful, the pool and amenities are so nice. Unfortunately we needed gas and the lines were down due to a recent storm surge that caused damage to the gas line. The dockhand (master?) James was very helpful. He helped is dock, checked us in, and transported us to the pool since we were as far away on I-dock as we could have been!! Always a pleasure!
Beautiful marina. Lots of area to cover during your walks. Pretty facilities, nice fitness room and gorgeous pool area. Nice wide fairways to drive your boat to the slip. Recommend!
Beautiful marina. Fingers on both sides at every slip. Libby’s was great.
The Marina staff is first class. The dock hands are wonderful. The facility is first class. Libby’s, the on site restaurant also is first class. We highly recommend this place for either transient or summer slip holders. We WILL be coming back!
Great place to stay! Everyone was pleasant. Bath houses are clean. Pool area large enough to relax.
Nice Marina and the floating docks are great. The dockhands are always super friendly and helpful, but I would caution the ownership and management on their relentless - and sometimes uncalled for - banter on the open 68 channel. The bathrooms were atrocious. 2 out of 3 of the stalls on one side of the building and 2 out of 4 on the other side were clogged and unusable for most of the stay. They are also in need of some deep repair and maintenance. Clean, for the most part, but doors that do not lock on the stalls and the showers. For the price per ft of dockage, you would think this would not be the case.
Beautiful grounds. Comfortable pool area with lots of space. Fairways are extra wide for easy docking
A little disappointeding. Bathrooms were utilitarian at best with poor maintenance. One mens room had one stall out of order, one missing a door and a shower water handle came off in out hand. Pool mens room used fir storage. Bulk head by pool no safety ladders for almost 1000 feet and on opposite dock only ladders blocked by pier piling. Hugh safety issue. No floating dinghy dock by pool for tenders. H,I, J, K you have to walk around hull out well so at night also dangerous. Not sure why anyone would want to keep a boat here and $4.25 per foot is higher than annapolis . So the financial profile works out for the owners but not boat owners
Great floating docks. The pool was nice, but the bar was closed. No bikes for transients, so you are trapped unless you take an Uber. No cell coverage or usable wifi in the basin. Even hotspots had no reception. We got more amenities at River Marsh in Cambridge for less money. It was OK. If I were to stay near Kent Narrows again, it would be at one of the other marinas closer to the narrows.
Great floating docks and service. Easy in and out. Spectacular sunset views.
Always like coming to the bay bridge marina. Helpful staff and wonderful amenities
My first visit to Bay Bridge Marina. Nice well kept floating docks, fuel, fitness center and excellent individual shower rooms. Two top notch restaurants within walking distance - Libby’s and Knoxies Table. Skilled staff to assist with docking and other services.
Great dock hands. Easy access to marina. Libbey's restaurant was great!
Bay Bridge Marina is one of the nicest Marinas on the Chesapeake Bay.
Went through dockwa for an easy slip booking. Got fuel first right at the mouth of the marina. We got a great slip on g dock. Close to the showers bathrooms laundry. Everything was clean and worked great. All at the marina were great too. Libby s bar for a fish Ruben and a couple of beers. Half mile walk to Target right up the street. Felt good to stretch the legs
we enjoyed our 2 night stay ! the staff was great .. both helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the nice wide floating docks. We spent some time @ Libby's We intend to come back.
Wonderful destination. Their floating docs are terrific. Entire marina is in believably maintained. Staff are extraordinary in their focus on the customer
Beautiful marina. Great facilities and restaurants nearby.
We've stayed at BBM many times over the years, and it ranks among the top along with a handful of other marinas on the Chesapeake. The floating ipe docks provide easy docking, the facility is well-protected from any waves and provides beautiful sunsets. Bathroom/shower facilities are clean and cool. Several eating options on the premises including Knoxies table at the hotel. The only issue we had on this visit was our slip location (I dock). We were placed on a dock that was far from the marina facilities. The pool was about a 10 min walk (in 95+ weather), the bathhouse, though closer, was not especially convenient, and the wifi signal was poor. We noted plenty of open slips throughout the marina, including the one we stayed at during a visit 2 weeks prior to this one. I'm not quite sure what went into the decision-making process on this visit, but next time when we get our slip assignment I will be certain to request dockage on a pier between A-G.
Great marina. Well run with some of the best floating docks around. Mark and staff go out of the way to make sure you have a great stay.
Excellent great slips, great restaurants and friendly staff and nice amenities. Thank you BBM
Mark and his group did a great job helping our group of 9 boats feeling welcome and helping us enjoy the facility. To be able to call for ice or a ride to the pool and get a quick response was great. Thanks for all the help.
Marina, Service, Amenities, & Location.. All 5 Star!
Very pleasant stay, beautiful Marina, well maintained!
Marina, service and personnel excellent! Libbie’s restaurant needs some work. We had a group of 9 couples, the service was poor and meals did not measure up to price. Also, two of our group got sick from the calamari appetizer.
Stay and facilities were good. But No Pumpout. Claims out of service until state of Maryland comes to fix in September. Good thing we didn’t arrive full. Might have mentioned it when we booked the slip.
Manager Mark is the best of the best. I experienced a minor medical emergency. He transported me, waited while I was treated, took me to a pharmacy and returned me to my boat.
Mark and his team are amazing! The grounds are perfect and they tend to all of our needs - and wants! Always a great experience at Bay Bridge Marina.
This is a great marina, with very good and friendly service.
Mark and staff are always great!! Great place, great amenities, great restaurants.
Our Dockmaster Mark has put together a great crew of dock hands. Always happy to grab a bag of ice or give a golf cart ride to the restaurant. The new owners continue to upgrade and improve the property. - Captain Cameron, Lime Life
Great marina with modern floating docks that seem brand new. Each allows you to dock port or starboard. Plenty of bathrooms and showers and a very nice pool with Tiki bar.
Boat slips were great. Pool was nice. Would suggest having better access to bathrooms and a ship store.
Very friendly staff , clean and well kept , great restaurants in walking distance
Great staff and amenities. Libby's is great for drinks and dinner
Friendly staff, clean facilities, great amenities, and lots to do nearby.
Nice marina with new docks and facilities. Staff very attentive and helpful.
Poor communication with front office. Slip had a tree that caught our shrouds and mast. :-(
They were very flexible with our check out time, which we appreciated. It allowed us to enjoy some nearby amenities.
We only stayed overnight so we did not have a chance to enjoy all the amenities, but the marina was exceptionally clean and the restaurant was great! Also with a large trawler, the access was clearly marked and easy to navigate.
Best on the Chesapeake bay. Very friendly staff and great reastaurant and pool. bathrooms were clean We were there for a few days and loved it. We highly recommend it!!!
Friendly staff and exceptionally well maintained facilities.
Clean, quiet marina with good facilities. We were there for a wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, but the location is ideal for stopover when cruising in either direction. Will definitely stay here again.
Really nice stay. That margarita special at Libbey’s was to die for! Great facilities!
Super nice facility. Slip was comped so we could support the March of Dimes Bay Bridge Swim. A well-run place.
Good staff at fuel/pump out dock. Very nice docks. Nice grounds and facilities. Dock master is helping us come up with a food grade hose to fill water tanks. Very helpful.
Very nice marina. Good services, great restaurant onsite.
Easy in, well marked channel, great slip location, dock hand was waiting for us tie up. Great overall location with Libby’s for lunch and Knoxie’s for dinner.
Not a great experience this trip. Did not respond to hailing on VHF. Stopped at fuel dock. Arrived with confirmed Dockwa reservation, could not seem to find. Dock hand was very inexperienced. Finally got us a slip, way too large and with 50amp, not 30 amp power. Bathrooms not clean, and in general overall poor condition. Had a great meal at Chesapeake beach club next door.
I made a reservation here because I’m having some diesel engine issues on the Bay. Mark (Dockmaster) and the entire staff are incredibly helpful, beginning with offering me an easy slip since I’m on a single engine and have limited maneuverability. The marina communicates extremely well, asking all the right questions and reacting accordingly. The facilities are excellent. Lot of construction happening right now to make the physical plant even better, but I expect that will all be done by the end of May in time for busy season. Dockwa should consider adding a sixth star for us to highlight exceptional service. Bay Bridge Marina deserves 6 stars.
Excellent marina. Very nice dock staff and floating docks. Interesting resturant and stunning views. We plan to return.
Pricey, a bit of traffic noise, long walk from transient dock to facilities. Restaurant onsite is nice, dock staff helpful. Location perfect for a run up the bay.
Very nice marina, friendly staff. Very clean , pool is very nice great views .
Great marina! Beautiful grounds, deep water floating slips and nice facilities. Well run and maintained. Will definitely be back.
Nice floating docks, easy access to/from the bay. Dock hands were very helpful, pool was great— Knoxie’s Restaurant at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club (on the premises) is very, very nice!
The marina is beautiful. Great location, and the staff were nice. The new restaurant (Libby's) was tasty and the service was good. However, the pool bar and grill still isn't open, and the pool closes at 4:30pm during the week and 6pm on Fri - Sun. That felt really early - especially on a hot summer afternoon. The marina Wifi has issues too - dead spots that the management is aware of. Verizon barely has any service, but T-Mobile and ATT have good coverage.
Called in to receive slip assignment as soon as in the channel. Dockhands were waiting to assist. Once settled they presented our packet with bathroom/internet/pool information. Docks/slips were in pristine condition. Pool was quiet and close to libbeys restaurant and bar (food was fantastic). Bathhouse facilities were clean. Great staff that were always polite, courteous and helpful. Great hidden secret just to get away. Highly recommend!!
The marina is very clean, with great floating docks and lovely grounds. We only stayed one night but definitely will be going back.
Friendly and courteous staff, helpful and competent dock hands, beautiful floating docks, lovely pool and cabana, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants.
Clean facilities, helpful staff. New restaurant Libbey's replaces Hemmingway's was fully booked so make your reservations early!
As always it was a wonder stay. Docks are great and bathrooms are very clean.
There was a little incident while getting our pump out with the staff when we arrived - dock master immediately sent a detailer over to clean the boat - very impressed with response! The pool was great and we had a wonderful meal at Hemingway’s with a perfect sunset view.
Great showers, docks and onsite restaurant. Will definitely be back!!
We had a great stay at the Bay Bridge Marina. The dockmaster was incredibly accommodating and communicative from the beginning. Included were clean facilities, amazing grounds, on-site restaurant and bar. The marina was bustling with workers during the workweek, so I am guessing you can get just about any service you'd need here. The sunset from Hemingway's was amazing. We were there off season and so it was not terribly busy. I am sure it's crowded in season, but there are plenty of places to see it throughout the marina. Maneuvering throughout the marina was easy. The docks are new and in great shape. We will definitely be back!
Very nice no problems, except for the rain Saturday morning.
Floating piers, clean marina, lots of news grills and picnic tables. Lots of grass for the pooches. Small pool but was clean and plenty of seating and shade. Nice & quiet plus very friendly slip holders. Will return soon!
This is the best Marina on the Bay. Under new management and the place looks better than ever. Beautiful grounds well maintianed, restaurant on the water, and bueatiful pool. What else could you ask for in a Marina! DIAMOND ON THE BAY. Lisa Marie D-15
Floating docks were in great shape- easy approach, docking and tieup alongside full length pier with dockguard and cleats. Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities including the pool were great. Overall 100%. Highly recommended. Nearby resort dining was fantastic.
Had requested 50amp, unfortunately we were given twin 30. Luckily we did have a converter, another transit pulled in behind us, he was assigned a 50 and needed twin 30s. We had to turn off one of our a.c. while cooking dinner to keep from blowing the breaker. The men's restrooms both by the pool and main restrooms seem to have no air conditioning running at all. The females were fine. There were no charcoal grills, just gas on the pool area, which is locked after sunset.
Wanted to visit this marina because of their 2 for 1 offer on a slip. Had been there by car and thought it would be a good place to relocate to from NJ. When calling for a slip this past July they never informed me that they had NO FUEL. We pulled in and the dock hands said they had been down for 2-months. Big surprise to me since I needed fuel. They also say they have cable but be careful. They do not have cable for transient guests. We were told we hand to contact the local cable company. Not a big deal but when you spend an entire day in a rain storm with no TV you learn how to bond. Also, did not think the restaurant was anything great. Over priced for what you get and everything was all art. Only good thing about the restaurant is the view at sunset. The only thing I enjoyed about the Marina is the floating docks. I was also surprised to know that you would have to relocate your boat during the boat shows. Not sure where you need to go but that’s a problem. No plans on returning there.
We recently had lunch at Hemingway's and were bowled over by the new construction, the new menu and new service. The view is breathtaking, both looking over this gorgeous marina or over the Bay, and the interior is spacious and airy, while still allowing for cosy intimacy. The menu offers traditional Chesapeake Bay favorites, but every weekend the Chef's creativity really shines with specials built around what's fresh and interesting. The cream of crab was so good! As for the marina, we were really impressed with the new floating docks-- no more splinters! This is a great place to visit or keep one's boat-- strategically located, great restaurant, great facilities.
