This marina has a very friendly atmosphere with the tenants and is in a pretty good location. The major downfall is that the ownership is completely flaky. You have no idea when your boat will be in, when it will be serviced, or if you can trust anytime frame they give you. That, to me is completely unacceptable. At the end of the day the only thing that matters about marinas is comfort and reliability. This marina has neither. There are plenty of other marinas on the chain that are worth your money.
