The guys there are amazing. Best group of folks on Long Island! So helpful.
Efficient & friendly service from Claudios Marina staff and Eastern fuels for fueling
Always a great spot, dockhands are always great. Dock has fenders on every piling so you don't need to mess with your own l. lots of shopping and restaurants to explore in walking distance
Great experience , polite knowledgeable people !
Everything was great with the marina. Noah is the best. The restaurant did change the menu which was disappointing. Bring back the Sushi please!!
Sat ouside the dock for 40 minutes before being waved in...there were plenty of places to put us prior to that. Then we were squeezed in with inches to spare. First time ever this has happened and hopefully it won't again. And we had a reservation.
dock hands were great, they made sure the boat was in the perfect place to get in and out of the marina with ease..
Great location in the heart of Greenport. Dockhand Riley was an amazing help. Couldn’t reach them on the radio but Riley was waving us in from the dock. Came on a Wednesday and the dock was empty, docked right on the outside end which was super convenient. Everybody at the bar/restaurant watches you dock so show them your skills!!
The dock hands were very professional, courteous, and helpful. Would definitely dock there again!!
Last Summer was the first experience I had docking for the day at Claudios, while visiting the adorable town of Greenport. It’s a vibrant spot, bustling with activity on a gorgeous July/August day. Our families’ experience was nothing short of spectacular, due mostly to the Head Dockmaster. Noah runs the facility with a cracker-jack staff that provides boaters with a warm, caring, and attentive experience. The slips get limited at times, though Noah is remarkable in his efforts to please all who visit; he's fabulous. He and his team—inclusive of Reily – go the extra mile. The only reticence I have of writing this review is I’m not looking to get locked out grabbing a slip due to my positive words! With gratitude, Teddy G
Good marina with helpful dock boys.
Easy in easy out. Great dock service and atmosphere
Staff was great, assisted with the perfect tie up and departure!
Noah and his other dockmaster were awesome very helpful and helped us enjoy our day with family
Very helpful and accommodating dock staff; always a great day at Claudio’s!
The dock hand was excellent. Very attentive and constantly checked the dock lines to make sure boat was secured.
It was great; excellent service Claudio's was a zoo like always these holiday weekends
Great time at Claudio’s. Social Gold was the band, good drinks, and relaxing afternoon. Dock hands were excellent and kept an eye on all the boats tide up.
We paid a premium to stay overnight at Claudio’s Marina, expecting a full-service experience. Instead, we were abruptly moved off the property with no shore power, no access to bathrooms, and zero communication from management. To make matters worse, management refused to speak with us directly. They sent the young dockhands to deliver the message—who were clearly uncomfortable and not in a position to handle the situation professionally. For the amount of money we spent, we expected at least basic courtesy and the amenities we were promised. Sadly, we received neither. We won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend other boaters think twice before booking here.
Great service. Dock master was very helpful
We were very happy with our stay at Claudio's. The marina is more accustomed to day boaters, coming in for a day or just dinner. They were super welcoming and accommodated our sail boat without issue. As it is more for day boaters, there are no real facilities. But the town of Greenport is only steps away and it was easy access to groceries, food, and laundry. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location and staff.
Smooth arrival and dock hands were very helpful. Great communication by the crew there.
Dock hands were great. Being on Dockwa is way better to be able to plan your day there.
Location is great but way over priced for only 3hrs. Better off using the other marinas.
Docks are choppy in the day with all the boat wakes, but otherwise a good location and dock hands were helpful.
Great day! Dock staff were great
Always a fantastic time at Claudio’s. Noah and his dock crew are fantastic!
We had an excellent time!! The crew that greeted us to set us up for the weekend were amazing!
Terrible. When we arrived they made us wait for a slip for 30 minutes. They then put us in a day slip right next to the band and hundreds of partying young people. Deck hand said he would move us when something opened up. We waited till 6:00pm and decided to leave. Very bad experience for $400.00
Easy pull up for some live music and drinks - great time :)
Horrible experience.. We’ll talk I have a problem with this dock location!
Closed with no staff before 11 am. No bathrooms either. The people are friendly however.
Dock hands sent home due to rain, didn’t rain long and lots of boats showed up for dinner with no help on dock.
We frequent Claudio’s by boat. They checked us in just fine — paid and tipped the dock attendant. They said they would watch the boat as the tide came in — sadly they did not attend the bumpers and our new boat has some permanent scratches. Had they only moved their bumpers w the tide there would have been no problem.
Staff was very friendly and helpful!
