Marina Baotic

BEWARE - SCAM ! My wife borrowed two luggage trolleys and had to pay a 400 kn (£50) deposit. (They refuse to equip the marina with enough trolleys.) If you do not return the trolleys within two hours you lose the deposit. We did return them on time, my son tried to be helpful and take them back, but because he did not have the ticket they did not give him the deposit back. When we went back with the ticket a moment later and they said, “No trolley no refund”, even though our trolleys, no. 4 and no. 7 had been checked back in on their system. They deliberately accepted the trolleys back from us knowing that we would lose FIFTY POUNDS (400 kn) They then entered into an argument with my wife and laughed at her when she complained. This is generally what you can expect at Baotic Marina. They treat customers like fools. That 400 kn went into a staff members pocket. We said that we would put this on Trip Advisor and the manager responded by saying that if we did, he would post a video of my wife arguing with him, on the internet.
