Patsy's Bay Marina

I am extremely disappointed by the treatment my family and I received at this marina. For the past few years we have paid for a jetski slip and came to use the pool, under the impression that we had access to it. Instead of approaching us discreetly or professionally to explain that we didn't have access to the pool, the owner's wife Patty chose to confront us publicly in front of other families telling us to read our contract, staring, and making us feel completely humiliated as she escorted us off the poolside. Her tone and behavior were not only disrespectful but felt classless and racial. It was clear we were being treated differently because we rent a jetski slip rather than a boat slip and possibly because of who we are. We were made to feel like we didn’t belong there, and that is unacceptable. There is no excuse for a business owner to treat paying customers this way. If this is how they operate with blatant bias and public humiliation, then people need to know. Families deserve to feel safe and welcome, not shamed and singled out. I will never forget how my family was made to feel that day, and I will never recommend this marina to anyone. Every paying customer regardless of what type of slip they rent deserves to be treated with basic dignity and respect. No one should be made to feel lesser than or unwelcome, especially in a family setting. I believe my family deserves an apology from the owner for this type of treatment and disrespect that we experienced. This experience left a lasting negative impression, and I would caution others to consider this before doing business here.

Great marina, owners are awesome. But I wish it had more water Only has about 3 feet at low tide

No water low tide boat was in the mud air conditioner not able to be used had to leave

Pool and amenities clean. Dryer didn’t dry. Old docks. Restaurant only open in weekend. Have to wait high tide to exit. Very good client service though.

Nice marina good people. We dry docked here for the winter 2x. The boat was kept safe and the folks that ran the place are freindly. This was one of the better priced Marinas too. I would recommend this place to a friend. They also allow you to do your own work on the boat like bottom painting. I was never there for the summer but winter storage was great there. Oh and it was shallow getting into the marina about 3 to 4 feet.
