Joe C. Russo Memorial Boat Landing Unverified Ramp

This landing is managed by the St. Mary Parish government. It accesses the Atchafalaya Basin north of Morgan City Louisiana. There is a fee of $1.00 to launch and park that is supposed to be paid daily. You can purchase a ticket at the landing or call the parish to purchase a yearly ticket.
