AS THE PROP TURNS

GENERAL
Seasons Greetings to all of you and our wishes for the happiest of holiday seasons.

The marina will be closed Tuesday, December 25th to celebrate the Christmas holiday. We will be closing early on Christmas Eve, Monday December 24 at 4pm.

Thanks for you suggestions. We want you to know that we do read and consider all of them. Your input is very important to us.

SHIPS STORE
Most people would agree, the most difficult part of holiday shopping is picking out that perfect gift. Well, if your loved one is a boat lover, we can help. Select from rods, reels, knives, tackle, general all around boat accessories, navigational aides, chart books, safety equipment, electronics, beautiful nautical jewelry, brass, nik-naks, cookbooks, general boating books and more! We have a super selection of nautical AFTCO shirts and shorts. We also carry the HOOK & TACKLE line of nautical clothing. These lines are known for their workmanship. We also have ATOCHA jewelry - authentic treasure. These beautiful pieces are made from silver bars taken from the vessel Atocha, which sank off the Florida Keys in 1622. Stop in now for special orders, which may take longer, like personalized mats or glassware. Still can't decide?! How about a gift certificate.

DOCKMASTER
We've joined a new website and highly recommend it for any of you who are traveling. It's marinas.com. It has information, as well as photos, etc., on marina's around the world. Hop on the web and check it out. There no charge to become a member.

We have begun the process of installing surveillance cameras. Our plan is to gradually add enough cameras to cover the entire marina. Once the set up is done we will make available a website address that we, as well as customers, will be able to log on to and observe the facility 24/7. We always strive to make the facility as secure as possible.

FISHING/TOURNAMENTS
With the winds continuing to blow, we have not had many boats going out and therefore not much in the fishing news. Hopefully things will break soon and we'll be able to get out and have some fun. Try some inshore fishing and you won't have to worry about the sea conditions. In any case we wish you Good Luck and Tight Lines.
