Clearwater Municipal Marina is ideally located on world-renowned sparkling Clearwater Beach, which has the distinct classification of a Blue Wave Beach. Strategically located close to the ICW and 15 minutes from the Gulf's Clearwater Pass. The marina is a great place for the young and the young at heart. It is one of the best-equipped and most versatile marinas in Florida offering access to all boating activities. We are home to the finest fishing charters, sailing charters, sight-seeing boats, dinner cruises, dolphin tours, parasailing, personal watercraft and boat rentals. We also have restaurants, gift shop, barber shop, nautical shop, laundry, mini-mart, post office, newspaper, bait house and dental clinic. It is centrally located so you are close to shopping and entertainment venues.
The Clearwater Municipal Marina is a 220-slip marina that is open seven days a week, 365 days a year. The marina is 100% occupied with a waiting list of approximately 3 years. There are 23 slips available for transient boaters. We are equipped to accommodate vessels up to 125 feet. There is no drawbridge between our marina and the Gulf of Mexico. We offer gasoline & diesel fuel, free pump outs, showers, 24-hour security, free cable TV, weather monitor, free fishing pier and waste oil disposal. We are staffed by employees that are trained to provide the highest Customer Service Standards to Clearwater citizens and visitors.


Marina Approach & Docking
Clearwater Municipal Marina is located 1.3 St. Miles west of the ICW at St. Mile 135.0 on the south side of the Clearwater Memorial Causeway. Follow the channel west to marker “9” and the marina will be dead ahead. From the Gulf and Clearwater Pass, follow the entrance channel east to marker G “13”. Turn north into the marina channel and follow the channel 1.1 St. Miles to the marina. There is seven feet of water reported in the channel and over eight feet at the docks. The well-constructed docks are stationary with finger piers and tie-poles. There is a two-foot normal tide. Call on VHF Channel 16 for dock assignment and docking assistance. The marina office and fuel dock are open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., seven days a week. You can get to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico without going through any drawbridge.
