Second time here with our boat. My dad used to keep his sailboat here years ago. A little dated hopefully safe harbor Will update it. The docks get scorching HOT and burned our feet as well as my dog. Nevertheless we have an amazing weekend! Very accommodating! Thank you!
I originally was going to stay for 2 nights. Steve the harbormaster was great. He sent me restaurants, sites to visit and great directions into the marina. We had a great stay and pulled an audible the next day to go further up the river to see West Pojnt. He was very helpful in arranging that through Dockwa and we stayed our second night further north! Great experience. Half Moon Bay Marina was very nice. Nice people staying there and many people doing the loop stay as well.
We have been going to Champlins for Fourth of July for the last 20 years. Best place in the planet with kids, without kids, friends etc. so many things to go and places to go to have fun! Thanks Champlins for never disappointing! #nosetackle
