Wooden dock pillars are in serious need of some rubber strips on them to keep the wood from scratching the paint on my boat. But, the staff is very, very nice and accommodating. I would have given this marina a higher rating, but for a few things sorely lacking. There is no wifi at this marina despite what their website says. It's only available in their lounge. Also, no trash containers anywhere. You have to walk a couple hundred yards across parking lots to find a dumpster. If you have a dog, which a lot of boaters do, there is no where to deposit their water and very little places nearby to walk your dog. These few upgrades would make a huge difference at this Marina. Great location.. great staff !
Great little transient dock. Great location in town. Would have given it 5 stars if they had dock carts available. It was a very long ramp to carry a lot of water and groceries. A dock cart would have helped a lot.
The dock staff here were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. One big downside was the power pedestals. 3 out of 4 50 Amp pedestals that we tried didn't work. There are no 100 Amp outlets here so we needed to use our own splitter, but it was impossible to find a pedestal with two working 50 Amp outlets. Larger boats beware. Thanks to the great efforts of Amanda, the dockmaster, the problem was finally resolved. Also, lack of showers is a negative.
Great service and very friendly and helpful staff. Not a whole lot to do around the Marina. Most shops, stores and restaurants are a bit of a hike. But I would definitely come back there
