Scrolling through the reviews I see we are not the only folk with power issues and how convenient it is for the dock master to blame the boat/boat owners. The good about the marina? The dock hands are excellent, eager, helpful and professional, they could not be better. The location is perfect. The wonder of Dockwa is that when you make a reservation months in advance it is very clear what power you require so it is difficult to understand why, on arrival you are assigned a slip that does not have the prerequisite power. It doesn't matter how nice a place is if you can't sit outside because the boat next to you has the same issue and is emitting exhaust fumes from running their generator . We are also running our generator, sorry neighbors! Talking to the surrounding boaters this is an ongoing issue even though the docks have been recently renovated. It would be nice to see the dock master but he has been MIA. I look forward to his reply to my review. UPDATE: Huge thanks to the Sag Harbor Harbor Master and the Assistant Harbor Master who went above and beyond trying to sort out the issues with the power supply. In the end the boat next to us moved, shout out and thanks to @myrealitycharters -if you are looking for a charter they are great!

So there was an issue. We will be adding additional 50 amp receptacle's on slips 10 and 11, so this will not be an issue. Bob Bori, Harbormaster

What a great marina in a great town. Dock staff were helpful, competent and friendly; everything is newly built and in tip top condition. We look forward to visiting again.

Perfect location in Gloucester Harbor and proceeds help in whale research. This is the second time visiting and we shall be back.

Can't help but think the marina staff look down on pleasure boaters. It's a shame as we support the local businesses and restaurants. Good news is that Dysarts is now on Dockwa which avoids unanswered phone calls and emails in the past when trying to get a reservation. We gave them a second try but will not be back.

We do our best to answer phone calls, made easier by having dockwa. What a great marina in the heart of Historical Charlestown, Boston. Sebastian and his team are professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. The marina is spotlessly clean - we used the washing machines which looked brand new. There's a Whole Foods a 10 minute walk away and easy access to all of Boston. If you have a dog there's a great dog park and large green grassy area a few minutes walk away.

This is a gem of a marina which we can't recommend highly enough. What makes it so special is the dock master Kim and her trusty, competent and generous assistant Carson. Kim is quite simply an outstanding dock master and a professional, enthusiastic, kind and welcoming person with a wealth of local knowledge and information. This was our second visit and we shall be coming back ASAP.
