A little bummed that the restaurant was closed due to staffing issues but it’s the time we live in.
An hour before arrival we call for slip assignment. Told floating dock, port side, and location. When we arrived our spot was filled and we had to switch on the fly to a totally opposite setup. Told the other boat just “took” the spot. That’s BS. Make them move not us.
Last time there was a private party at the restaurant. Now the restaurant is closed. If you don’t have a restaurant then don’t claim you do! Also, maybe have a couple trash cans placed around? Premium price without the premium amenities.
High fuel price, $3 diesel when the ave is $2.25. No wifi. Restaurants were ok.
The inlet to the creek is very treacherous for a large vessel. Avoid an outbound tide if possible.
Very nice staff, good food, great atmosphere
