You can see that the management at Narrows point is moving in the right direction. However, they also now have a "corporate" attitude and the personalization is gone. They also charge about double that of everyone else for a simple haul out and power wash.
The Safe Harbor staff was less than accommodating to our group. They did not fulfill promises made. None seemed happy to be there and it showed. We will not be utilizing Safe Harbor marinas for future trips.
Beautiful facility with excellent staff. I actually got driven to Ace hardware by one of the staff to get a part I needed! I can't wait to return.
