Pretty basic marina but was good for a night stay
Only $40/ night for transient docking. This included 50a shore power and water hookups
Best place to stay at PIB, as long as you don’t mind rafting off on busy weekends.
One of the coolest ares I’ve been to. Marina is nice, with very friendly staff and very close to the village of Baytowne Wharf. Highly recommend!
Very nice facility but I will agree with the service animal post below. I was walking through the parking garage with my service dog, and the guy in the little info booth went nuts. I told him that he better back off if he doesn’t want to be owned by me in federal court. He acted like he was calling the police and I continued walking back to my boat. Other than this one douche bag, no one else said anything about my dog and he was always with me so there were plenty of opportunities to. Just the guy in the cute little info booth.
Very nice facility and reasonably priced for the area. Have stayed here twice now and will definitely be back!
Everything was good, for the most part. 2 stars deducted because I was forced to pay $27 to pull my boat out of the water at the end of my stay. Launch fees are completely understandable but I’ve never been charged to pull my boat out of the water.
