Claim this MarinaPulled in and was greeted by dockhand who took me to office and brought me back. Marina has a busy, noisy bar. At night noise from nearby bars was so loud it woke us up. Also the marina is WAY overpriced. Not somewhere quiet and pleasant. I will not go back again
Baytowne Marina is great - if you dock there you have access to all the resort amenities. We were given excellent directions into the marina and slip. The channel is well marked and easy to navigate. The docks are labeled well - as you enter, the first dock on the starboard side is D dock. At the far end of D dock is the pump out and fuel dock. The docks are typical for Florida - non floating finger docks with piers. The staff is really excellent. They gave great info over the phone but also are available over the vhf on 16. Help met us at the end of the dock/channel to show us where to go and then met us right at the slip to help us tie up and get the electricity hooked up. There is a marina restaurant/bar right as you head to land from the docks. Easy walk for a dog too. There is a small beach area to the right as you come off the docks. Bathrooms/laundry and showers are just behind the restaurant. We walked from the marina into Baytowne and had a great meal at Rumrunners. The dog with us enjoyed her time off boat and walking around. The resort has some nice shops and a lot of restaurant options. Definitely recommend this as a stopping point.
One of the coolest ares I’ve been to. Marina is nice, with very friendly staff and very close to the village of Baytowne Wharf. Highly recommend!
