This place is amazing. Quiet and picturesque. The showers were clean and well appointed. The pool was clean and refreshing. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They took us to the ferry dock and to the store. All the staff were engaging and happy. I especially want to call out Connor who helped me fix my dinghy motor. I called to ask if they had a mechanic who could help me and Connor, the manager, said the mechanics were all very busy, but he would come out to my boat to take a look. He immediately diagnosed the problem of a shear pin and went back to the marina to get me a new shear pin and installed it for me at no cost. I have never experienced such great service. I will surely come back again.
The dock staff were very good at helping with docking. We came with 11 boats and they packed us in tight and safely. They also helped with pushing us off when we left the next day. They were very professional.
I was there for Hurricane/TS Isaias. The moorings are reportedly 4500lb and I felt very secure. The taco's at the dock were outstanding too.
