Always a great stay here. Good location with amazing local restaurants within walking distance. Great 240v power supply and always dedicated staff. Offering to take my trash is a top-notch touch

NoReportGreat little marina with amazing volunteer staff that assisted us upon our arrival. ONLY ISSUE is their power. They have the NEW ELCI power pedestals, where you need a power isolater/booster onboard to take power. It’s uber sensitive and we kept tripping the dock power. Had to run on generator all night. They should warn their guests beforehand. All else was great. New docks.
Capt Steven, we deeply regret your stay was not to your satisfaction. We thrive on 5 star service and work tirelessly to provide it. Unfortunately, the new codes for marinas require an immense amount of electrical protection and redundancy. Your vessel is not the only one that has come through and experienced issues not previously experienced elsewhere. It doesn't happen often but when it does, we thoroughly examine the details to identify the problem. As I was not personally there to witness the problem with your vessel I cannot speak specifically to the situation, however, I will tell you that 100% of the time when a problem has been encountered it has been beyond the pedestal. Problems we have uncovered have been the result of faulty shore power cables, splitters, adapters and even situations on boats where there was a ground and neutral sharing a common connections and other situations where there was current leakage. I mention this not to point fingers but to indicate that there could potentially be a situation on your vessel that you are unaware of. We have encountered this scenario more than once even on vessels that were brand new. Again, I regret your stay was not fully free of headaches and I appreciate the polite comments you left. NoReportAlways an amazing stay here. Very accommodating with friendly staff. Docks are great. Not quite 240v power if you need it. We saw only 220v. Having a 60’ vessel, rarely seen in Newburyport, we were definitely in the spotlight to all the passerbys.

NoReportAll was great here. The helpful staff, dockhands, ipé docks, super WIDE docks, wifi, elec power, friendly resident neighbors, local pizza delivery, Instacart.... ALL GREAT. I will come back for sure!

NoReportA great stop. Amazing people, neighbors, deckhands. Great location. Super dog friendly. One downfall was that they only pushed 208 volts to their electrical boxes. For a 220v boat, we were able to get by. We couldn’t use our onboard laundry dryer.

NoReportBohicket is always a great stop. The marina is quiet and friendly. Fun biking trails and great food/shopping at the village made our stop complete
