We stayed at Hidden Harbor from Jan/2024 to March/2024. The facilities included parking, showers, washer/dryers were all clean. The boat neighbors were friendly and the dockmaster Stephanie was outstanding. This is a real hidden jewel in St Augustine.
Everyone on the dock staff was most helpful. Restrooms were adequate and clean. You have to manage the tides/current which are easily observed in the fairway. The only downside was the walk from the T dock to shore but that is what it is and cannot be changed. Would certainly stay again. Legacy 48
The dockhand met us at the slip to help us dock. I prefer direct bookings as opposed to dockwa but with the way Safe Harbor is buying up marinas I guess i'll get used to it. The docks were in good shape and they have a pump out station and boat which we did not use. The bathrooms were a little further than some but were clean and each dock has a substantial locking gate for security. Access to downtown is very good and there are shops and restaurants to please most everyone.
1/10/2020 Reservations were required through Dockwa which I had never used. The marina staff set it up and met us at the dock at 4:15PM. Face dock with minimal current for easy in easy out. Courteous, efficient and Tim was able to arrange a ride to the local hardware store before they closed at 5PM. Codes for the dock and restrooms provided safety. The restrooms were clean but I did not use the shower so no review there. We had planned to cook on the boat but the grill had great happy hour food specials so we ate there. (4-8pm) live music and an outdoor fire.
