Very disappointing experience after two seasons at Bridge Port Marina. We had already decided not to return and had arranged to move our boat and Sea-Doos to another marina before receiving notice that our mooring agreements would not be renewed. Our decision was based on repeated issues, including false allegations made against us and inappropriate comments from the owner, including referring to me as a “crazy lady.” This is completely unacceptable and not how paying customers should be treated. The ongoing weed issue was another major problem. We were repeatedly told the weeds were being cleaned multiple times a day, yet we regularly had to clean them up ourselves. We later spoke with other boaters who lived on their boats throughout the summer, who confirmed they were not seeing the weeds cleaned multiple times a day as we had been told. Despite this, we were blamed for the weed problem simply because we owned a jet boat. Rather than addressing legitimate maintenance concerns, responsibility was repeatedly shifted onto us. After years of boating and experience at other marinas, we know what proper maintenance and professional customer service look like. Two seasons were enough for us. We have moved on to another marina and will not be returning to Bridge Port.

Will never set foot in this marina again. New owner Trevor Lecluse has zero customer care, and is an absolute ticking time bomb. The staff at the gas docks are unbelievable young ladies and gentlemen who get treated like garbage by this man. It’s really too bad as this was once a great place to be.

Well it's a sad day for my Family and myself as we've had to leave Bridgeport today...we've had many happy yrs and made some special friendships both with fellow boaters and staff...But in an embarrassing display of unprofessionalism the New owner Trevor Lecluse Showed his true colors over a simple parking infraction...its sad that this special place will be run into the ground by a controlling egomaniac with ZERO!!! customer care in mind , and a clear chip on his shoulder....I can't be more disappointed and embarrassed for him as a simple apology would've settled this matter....I will miss my friends and all the great gas dock staff...These young people at the gas dock are the true professionals at Bridgeport...But i won't be far as im next door at Marapose where the owner Frank welcomed us with open arms and a kind heart...So Adeose Bridgeport and good luck...lol...We miss Mapleleaf.

A world class marina in the heart of the Trent-Severn. Every amenity you could want and an amazing staff. Nicest marina in Orillia.
