If you need lodging for the night, we are located within Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park, which offers reasonable rooms and is home to the wonderful Harbor Lights Restaurant. We have many different size slips available with 30 and 50amp Electric Service, and a friendly, eager staff ready to make your stay a pleasant one. KY Dam is a great marina with parking committed to each pier. They are all floating docks and well protected in the harbor from waves off the lake. Wind can be strong but the structure is well built. Lots of activities near the dock. Walmart is 8 miles away and the closest hardware is 5. The state park has a lodge across the inlet with a nice restaurant. We have even rented cabins from the park to facilitate guests instead of on the boat. Lots of other restaurants within a few miles. They are a Suntex marina and prices rose with the corporate ownership. However they are on par with most others. They have upgraded the electrical system and have modern GFCI circuits. We have been there three years and happy with the experience. Three miles from the interstate (I-69/I-24).
