About
The Schenectady Yacht Club (SYC), established in 1940, is a member owned and operated club and has developed the SYC Marina on the historic site of the old Erie Canal. Stonework from the locks and the Rexford Aqueduct remain. The club house also dates back to the 1800's when it served canallers and their animals.
The members of The Schenectady Yacht Club invite you to visit their marina, enjoy the in-ground pool and all of our outstanding facilities.

We try to stay here whenever we are cruising through the area. Nice facilities, friendly people, great scenery.
Great marina, friendly members and nice facilities. Very helpful and friendly Dock Master. Members were very welcoming and invited us to gatherings every day. Nice pool, good laundry and clean bathrooms. Located a perfect distance from Waterford to relax after going thru the locks. Pumpout is excellent and fuel prices are good.
