Bayside Marina

The price was fair. The first few months were great. The last time I had my boat out was almost 10 months ago. Brought it back and gave them the keys . Got it out 2 weeks ago to sell it. When I flushed the motor, there was salt water in it, telling me then never flushed it.!! The trailer tires were flat and there was a HUGE dent down the right side of the boat. It was waaay above the water line and looked like someone backed a boat Into mine while it was in their covered barn. I asked about it, and was told it's not their fault or concern, and to file a claim with my insurance . No remorse, no NOTHING. My boat is a 2022 and has under 59 hours on it. I didn't do the damage.. This marina is NOT worth the price. They don't flush the motor, they don't maintain the equipment in ANY way, and they don't admit and pay for the damage they do, even on accident. I called the BBB and filed a complaint.

Perfect and easy as always.

We were in PCB for 1 week vacation with our jet ski. We paid for 1 wk storage (off site locked lot) and use of the boat ramp at the marina. All was good. Only thing that was somewhat bothersome was the same guy didn’t remember us until our 4th time there. Each time he’d come out saying you can’t just use the boat ramp and/or water hose. We had to remind him each time that we paid for the week.

Absolutely one of the best experiences with something of this nature! From setting up on line to communication regarding accessing your facility and the personal contact to recieve tag . I feel like you went way above and beyond our expectations. I have already shared your info with others that I know who take Motor Homes to PCB and then stay in their condos.

Shaun and Shay are super. Changes from corporate and increase in cost made the decision to leave easy. Closing for an hour for lunch was final straw.

Our boat was stored at this marina for the past year. A few weeks ago, our cover was ripped open, multiple items were stolen out of our boat, and police report was filed with the BCSO. In addition, we reported to both marina staff and the marina owner that our propeller was damaged a few times and drain plug was not pulled out when they transported our boat, which we believe contributed to unrepairable damage and engine seized. We were told that they are not responsible. Last, and to add insult to injury, when the marina owner was advised that our insurance co totaled our boat and would be picking up the first week of July, my husband was told that we still owed them for next two months. I would absolutely not recommend this marina!

Sean and Shea always helpful, they are great employees. However, my boat has three batteries (2 for trolling motor and 1 starting and during my stay the power switch to the battery cut off (to keep the batteries from draining ) was put in the on (not cut off) position. I know I did not leave it this was because after each trip shut off my 2 depth finders using the switch so I don't make the mistake of leaving the switch on this mistake (and failure to keep my charger pugged in cost me $570 that I have requested reimbursement for but the Marina will not respond to my requests. Consequently, I cannot recommend anyone use this marina because they will not take responsibility for the negligence of their employees. TAKE YOUR BOAT SOME WHERE ELSE.

The place is very well kept and the facility is nice. More importantly though are the people. Super friendly and helpful.
