BEWARE!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE BUT HERE. By far the WORST customer service I have ever received. Becky...I hope you take this as constructive feedback and can learn how to treat paying customers with respect, especially if you are going to keep your title as manager - which a person with such lack of respect and rudeness, think you shouldn’t never have had this title to begin with. First of all... Their so called manager, BECKY, is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person you can ever deal with. She has no morals and will use vulgar language with you if you don’t comply with her. For having been with this marina for so long, Earl should be ashamed having a manager like this treating his customers with such lack of respect. . Secondly, Earl, the owner, is a THIEF!!!!!!!!. My family has been with this marina for 9+ years. We had an issue where we did not put our boat in the water in time. They stole our deposit, sold our slip and pretty much told us there is nothing we can do for you. THEY ARE THIEVES. The bathrooms are disgusting and never cleaned. The pool is the size of your bath tub, and smells like algae. To get any guests in is a headache. Management is horrible. They treat you like garbage, even when you’ve been with them for years.. take your money to a marina that appreciates your business.
