Great staff and facilities well maintained

I have been a seasonal slip holder for over 12 years. The Staff have always been great people, and they try and keep the Marina in tip top shape. I will be here for years to come.

I marina slip holders have a close knit family feel which is the draw for all of us! We love the location and spend a lot of time at TI restaurants, bars, concerts and in the casino. We are happy to see some improvements are underway at the marina, even the small updates! The C dock looks great. Hoping that the B dock decking will be updated prior to us splashing next year so we may enjoy the whole season. It is extremely important to many of us that we are allowed to keep our dock extensions (or that the dock can be widened as A dock is). We are happy to update the decking on the extensions to keep them all looking great(This is how we are all able to socialize without blocking the walkways). We are also hoping that management will consider bringing back some of the activities/events that made this marina feel special (music by the marina, marina Christmas party, food trucks and fun weekend events. It seems that faded away after Summer left and we miss that customer service aspect Can't wait until next year's boating season at TI!

Awesome dock facilities!! All new this year! Great staff to welcome you at the dock when you come in and they also walk the dock from time to time to check in with you.

Called on 16 as we approached and told us the slip numbers, met us at the slip. The dock attendants answered all of our questions and provided great information regarding their facility. Highly recommend stopping.

Great time at the hotel First time docking our boat there. Pulled up to the office area and the dock boy was more interested in looking at his phone then helping a new customer. When we finally got his attention he asked if we had a reservation and we gave him our name. He yelled out c37. That meant nothing to us but we figured 3 docks A, B,and C and then we seen the numbers so we concluded on our own. He never was the least bit interested in helping us dock which was fine, it saved us our $100.00 tip I would have gave. But then to top it off, a lady called a little later and asked if we were coming. We never checked in and our C8 spot was still open. We told her about the boy and that he had us in c37. It all worked out but If you have a job to do you should do it and do it well. In our case it would have been rewarding. All is good we will be back.

Excellent stay! The Dock employees are always so nice and very helpful in docking the boats. The restrooms/showers are awesome. The concert venue is great- love staying at the marina with the free shuttle 24/7. We love staying at TI!

Staff was great. The new dock will be really nice but for now with all the construction you have to be really careful. There are no hull protection on any of the new docks yet, so be prepared with your own extra fenders. Also the shower room is clean and nice, but the keys we were given did not work. Luckily there was a security guard around who gave us a working key.

TI was a wonderful stay. C-dock Docks r getting pretty low in the water, but otherwise great time!!

Great to see they are finally updating the docks, however the docks were sinking and taking on water. Employees need more training and a lesson in urgency. Took over 30 minutes to get a pump out and was also charged for a pump out when it should have been free with the slip. Being proactive and multitasking is not a strong suit of this crew.

Staff very new and inexperienced not know how to tie up boats. Was charged for a pump out when many other that had slips received their pump outs for free. Would like to know why!

Hotel room was great, clean and fresh. Food/dining was below expectations, service was poor, with grumpy servers (clearly understaffed) and long lines at currents, Mongo bay and Tado. Gaming experience was good. The shuttle crews were fantastic. Lots of improvement needed with marina staff leadership!

The staff was very helpful each time we docked and overall were very accommodating. Other people who were there were also very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the casino was quick and convenient too. I highly recommend staying at TI Marina.

docks need to be rebuilt. power pedestals are unsafe.

The dock staff was great and gave us all the information we needed. The shuttles worked pretty well. We had to wait 10 to 15 minutes a couple of times. On Sunday the day we were supposed to leave, they allowed us to stay till about 2:30 PM so we could go back to the casino for lunch and watch the football game. it was a great weekend and really enjoyed it. We saw a great band called weekend rockstar at the parlay lounge. They were fantastic. We spent time at the swim up bar and that was also a lot of fun with all of our friends. I highly recommend treasure island, Marina.

A waitress at current restaurant was awful. All my years have never dealt with anyone that disrespectful. Almost 2 hours in there never came and asked us if we needed anything, when the food came she dropped one of the plates of food threw our plates on the table at us I was so sick to my stomach NEVER been treated this way I was talking to my friends earlier about bringing our boats to TI and leaving our marina after that they said he’ll no and we love to gamble. Went back to our boats feeling angry sucks I wanted to have a fun night and gamble I guess Mystic will be our choice from now on. The plate she dropped on the floor we got for free and 10% off the bill whatever should have been we’re very sorry this happened and cleared the bill out no charge whatever. You’ll be loosing some people I do have a big mouth and I do have friends who are apart of Mystic. I’m 73 been coming here a lot of years pool tournaments, concerts pumpkin carving gambling wow. What a bad taste in my mouth

Truly a Treasure. Staff is incredible, (don't forget to tip the dock staff) marina is neat and clean. Deep water access. Facilities are always clean, free shuttles to casino. Just an all around great summer destination.

Celebrated a friends 50th birthday party. Fantastic dinner with 18 people at the Casino restaurant Tado, bean bag tournament and very helpful dock hands as well as support from the facility for our party. We will be back.

Great dock team who was ready for us! Only concern was power, couldn’t get enough juice to run our boat.

The staff is always there to grab ropes and help you get your boat in the slip.

Hello. We had the boating experience in the marina. It was all wonderful, but felt unsafe walking on the dock after dark. Really poor lighting at electrical boxes at slip were not lighted. We had a great time ,thanks again

TI is always a great place to dock

The only problem was that a boat a couple slips away hooked up to the water at our pedestal. There was no splitter. They were using the water full time to supply their boat. Seems like they should have been using their own pedestal.

We called at least five times before actually traveling down. No one has ever answered the phone. Additionally, there was no staff to help us into the dock. We basically had to wing it and hope no one had already reserved the slip that we had to randomly pull into after hearing no response.

Docking was easy and convenient.

Everything worked as expected. Had a very nice evening. Rest rooms and showers well cared for!

After receiving my email confirmation with our slip numbers we were very pleased and excited of where they were at and that the 2 slips were next to each other. Also knowing that was going to be very hot the day we arrived these were the perfect slips, but we arrived we found out that someone changed our reservations with out notification. The slips they gave were not at all what we were told. When I asked to speak to the marina manager he came over with an attitude. We asked why he changed our reservation? I said that these are not the slips we paid for or were told that we had. He said that they reserve the right to move us were we see fit. We asked him for a refund and his reply was "you have 2 slips and that's what you paid for". I have been in the travel business for 35 years and this is not how you treat customers. We think that it would be far to refund our money for that screw up. He knowingly gave our slip to someone else and he wouldn't admit that he screwed up.

The dock service was wonderful. Always great to have people waiting to help you dock and get tied up.

Came in during a thunderstorm. Found our slip number tied up and headed down the dock. Ran into two staff members said we were good to go. Headed for the shuttle bus area they came within five minutes and got us to the lobby to check in so we could get dried off. The rest of the night was also great. Great job by all staff members. Fueled up the next morning and was greeted by friendly smiling staff members that did all the work to get us back on the river. Great experience for the overnight trip.

Upon arriving the Dock crew was there at your slip to greet you and see if anything else was needed. During a heavy rain storm with high winds the Dock crew stayed and helped tie up any boater trying to get into their slip!

Caught in as pop up storm while docking. Shout out to all the dock hands that came running to help secure boat. It was a struggle. THANK YOU.

In the past, the dock staff would come to the slip and help with lines and give you a pass for the shower and give you a slip to put in the window . That didn’t happen.

Rooms were just ok and the carpet in the rooms was so dirty that it made our feet black. The Marina staff were amazing

Very nice facility: however shower and bathroom need to have better air conditioning (way too hot and uncomfortable) and we could not find a recycle bin :(. TI should send a map of the dock/slip configuration…. We had to go up and down to find our slip (no direction verbal when we called or written with the reservation). July 3 fireworks were amazing !!

Dock hands were awesome. A little disappointed in the lack of less costly eating options at the casino. Boating facilities were quite nice.

We loved our stay here. Clean and accessible restrooms and showers. Many dock hands waiting to assist. Other fun boaters there for concert. It was the perfect weekend. But note that the boat store needs to stock a few items for it to be called a store.

The marina crew was amazing! They helped us weather out the squall on the gas dock and the dock crew helped catch and park. Just amazing crew operations!

Love using Dockwa! TI marina is always hospitable- clean and full of fun things to do.

Dave, the manager was extremely helpful getting a boater a pipe wrench to fix a wrapped cord around a shaft. In previous years, there was music and activities down by the marina on Memorial day. That would be great to start that again.
