I have been a tenant of this marina for 5 years now. The marina was purchased by the town of Southampton a number of years ago and renovated to it s current status. However, it is my opinion that the maintenance of the marina since its renovation has not been a consistent priority of the town. Numerous concerns on the conditions of the shower and bath facilities, an un paved parking lot, and broken or burnt out lights around the property have not been adequately addressed. On the other hand its a great location with the potential to be a super marina!
