Unless you want all your belongings to get stolen i recommend going elsewhere. Nothing but thief’s down there and that includes the property owners son. They stole $3,000 worth of fishing gear and belongings off my boat. Not to mention all their docks are never maintained and most of the time don’t have working water or power. Stay away!
