It's sad that one of the local yards has lost it's way so significantly, but that is what has happened with Rutherig. The place is literally falling apart, from the buildings to the docks to the non-existent restrooms, their attitudes and communication are abysmal, and any attempt at customer service has been abandoned long ago. It is sad because my family has been coming here on and off for 20 years and this is not how it used to be. These guys have clearly stopped loving what they do and stopped caring about their customer. Take a quick look around at what is there these days and you can see it in the facility. Such a shame.
