I’m surprised it’s not called hills have eyes marina. I was interested in one of their low end pontoon boats but after talking to the black toothed mortality obese manager “Gary” I ran. This person literally has teeth rotting out of this mouth. That’s all I could look at is his rotten teeth. Seriously who has their front teeth falling out. So so gross all black and full of holes. It’s all you can see when you see this mortality obese sales person. So I decided to pass on the boat . If the manager doesn’t take care of his personal appearance what is next.

Great marina in FMB. Great staff ... special thanks to Gary GM for all of his help, Mallory keep the office running so well, and Alex is one of the great dock hands.

Most likely the worst run marina in southwest Florida. With anything there’s a trickle down effect. here at moss marina everything trickles down from the unfit and incompetent owner. Unfortunately this affects the great employees that work there day to day. I would not recommend anyone to stay overnight at moss marine. In the 5 months I was a transient slip holder for 180+ ft of dock and four dry storage spaces I have seen the extremely rapid decline of this marina. Shore power rarely works so get ready to run the genset all night. Also you may return after a day out and find they decided to double book the slip your actively paying for. High crime area, in my time at the marina there were multiple thefts and even forced entry on my vessel. Myself and my captain have a combined 40+ years in the industry and never have I had a captain of mine called into the owners office and cussed out over trivial matters like a high school principal. Most unprofessional and disreputable marina I’ve ever been to, a 1/3rd of the dry storage is taken up by derelict boats that belong to the owner. If you ever take a ride by moss you’ll understand why every other marina is full and they are empty with the exception of sailboat liveaboards. Don’t waste your time. Look somewhere else, and make sure you are NOT friendly with the employees... the owner of this dilapidated marina takes that as a power grab and will interpret that as a threat.... sheer incompetence. Every review on this page is for their fuel sales or rentals... here’s an honest and truthful review of the transient experience I had.
