Best Marina in Green Bay Area!

Great facility, clean and well kept. Amenities are top notch. Service area needs attention regarding communication and follow through with customers.

The only area of concern was the length of time this summer it took to fix my boat. 6 weeks! That's unacceptable.

its become a joke! slip holders are below the public. storage was joke. i had to crawl under and step over other boats to get to mine.i am blaming the upper management! not rick the manager for f3 at south bay.i believe in him but i know his hands are tied

Wouldn’t follow through on anything they promised, and didn’t store our boat through the winter properly. Wouldn’t recommend.

First, after I had carefully winterized my boat and dropped it off for inside storage, I received an invoice for $160 for winterization that I had not requested nor authorized. When asked what exactly they winterized I was told it was the lower unit. I explained to them I had a jet boat where would they find the lower unit to winterize? They finally agreed to cancel the invoice which they obviously done nothing to earn. Then when I picked the boat up last week the cup holders and bilge had water the cushions were soaked. the boat was filthy. It obviously sat outside uncovered for several weeks before I requested it to be pulled out. I was unnotified that it was sitting outside uncovered. That's not at all what I paid for. I'm hugely unhappy.

Excellent in all respects. Over winter heated storage was fantastic and the technical staff were very supportive and competent. We plan to return. Thanks

The South Bay Marina in Green Bay is a wonderful facility/operation with excellent management and friendly staff. The marina is well taken care of and has a number of guest services/activities available for the boating community. Our family really enjoy our times and our over all boating experience at the South Bay Marina. Many thanks to Rick and the marina crew.

The location works well for me.

This marina undoubtedly has the best location in the Green Bay City area. You cannot beat the views from the docks and pool looking out onto the bay. Plus, the restaurant and distillery are amazing. The general manger, Rick, and his crew will bend over backwards to help slip holders and transient dockers. You can’t beat this place for the southern Bay of Green Bay.

I've slipped here, and stored over winter, for more than 10 years. Over the last 5, the grounds have continued to get more and more sloppy and neglected, they've opened all of the slipholder gates and parking to the public so they can get more traffic into the restaurant and distillery they recently installed, resulting in insufficient parking for slip holders, and more litter over the grounds. The service quality, and friendliness of the dock hands has completely evaporated. You're lucky if anyone even answers your radio call for docking assistance. The pool lock rarely works, so the public frequently takes free advantage of the slip holder pool, and thats when its working, because for about half the year in 2022 it was shut down as a result of improper maintenance. To top it off, and you're not even going to believe this, but they just increased my slip fees over FIFTY PERCENT, from $1800 to $2800, without warming, or notice. We just got the invoice for the year, and WHAM! an additional thousand dollars. This once glorious, prestigious, beautiful haven for boats and boating enthusiasts has turned into a Motel 6 with docks.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Grounds immaculate. Captain Jack’s food fantastic. Old Fashions at the Distillery are to die for.
