We rented from April to June . Always quick to respond. The gate addition, would be better with codes. Fobs are a little more of a hassle. But love the gate. The dock master during April and May was very helpful. Didn’t see him in June. Larger vessels all in one area would be great. The vessel that has cables stretched out and someone motor stand with motor on the walkway, accident looking for a place to happen. A trash receptacle somewhere for marina is essential. Locking up the dumpster understand but we need to be able to dispose of trash. Love the restroom for use. Thank you. Only reason we have pulled out is because of the barnacle's. Young man that I returned fibs to at the marina. Very courteous and polite. He offered me a suggestion for barnacle's. Definitely going to try that. Thank you!

Between the excessive barnacle damage to my boat and someone removing my dock lines without my permission I would advise against using this marina.
The marina is in a very secure location right off the St.John’s River. Since they offer floating docks, I never worried about leaving my boat and heading to town. Will definitely return!
Very nice new marina. My only disappointment was that I had to check out Early from my monthly stay but never got a partial refund.
When I called the marina the gentleman was really friendly and polite answered all my questions and super helpful great customer service well recommended
